HE: Very luxurious. How many pillows were there? SHE: Were there three? No, no, no, no, no? Were there two? No. HE: Were there four? There were four, at least, maybe more. SHE: There were more because there were two beds, and they each had four pillows on them. HE: So we had eight pillows! SHE: That's how you define the lap of luxury. Eight pillows. HE: This was a big chain hotel that had four floors. We were on the fourth floor. I think it's near the airport, but we could not hear any noise at all. SHE: It was a big room, very nicely furnished. Everything was in great condition compared to the other hotels on our trip. The freezer froze, which was great. HE: The shower had a bar in it, so I guess it was an accessible shower, but it was like a normal shower. SHE: It had a three-way shower head. HE: Not much of a view out the window. That doesn't matter. SHE: The outlets were in the right places, and it was the first place we stayed at offering breakfast. They had like three or four different friends of coffee, and a waffle maker, and three cereals. HE: There was a lovely lounge eating area, too. And an outdoor area. That was nice. SHE: It was very pleasant. It was luxury for us for this trip. HE: I think we've said all we can say about it. SHE: It was carpeted. HE: Oh yeah, it had carpet. I prefer that.

Lena was super helpful in getting us checked in and made the process super easy. We love this hotel and look forward to coming back 6 months from now.

We had great customer service from the staff. They helped make everything comfortable and clear. The property itself was very well kept and served its purpose. We checked out at 8 am on June 20th.

Location and breakfast. TV didn’t work. Overall, hotel facilities look worn and outdated.
-
Great service, the staff is very helpful and make your stay run smoothly. Thank you to Lena the front desk worker for such a wonderful stay we are having.

Room 334 had a body odor. And, because the window was built with no access to open it, just one large window, I was unable to open to get fresh air. I should have asked for a different room as the smell became stronger. I believe it became stronger because when I entered the room was frigid. I changed it from a 60 degree temperature to around 76. By that time I had unpacked and settled in. Whew! Don’t stay in room 334.

1.) The caulking around our tub / shower was molded. They offered to come in and fix it but I told them no cause just sealing over the problem won’t fix it. The old moldy caulk needs to be removed, new caulk put in place then it needs to cure. We had four more days of showering! They never offered to accommodate us with a better room. 2.) The tub was actually dirty, it had areas that had a ring of dirt on it. 3.) It was extremely noisy at night, people banging things & stomping around. When we called the front desk they said the people above us just checked in. That was understandable but the screaming kids we heard down the hallway was a bit much. 4.) All the outlets are a safety hazard. None of our chargers would stay plugged into the outlets. And I can’t remember which outlet it was but one of them actually doesn’t even connect or give a charge. I literally had to take the cushion off the chair to prop up against my charger so it would stay plugged in. 5.) When I went to the front desk just to tell them that there was animal poop just as you enter the gate to get into the pool area… the front desk lady just replied with a blank stare. She finally did say ok but that was it. I was wondering if she even knew what I was talking about. Considering all these issues we had, I rated you higher than I normally would only because the majority of the staff was very pleasant.

Property was easy to get too. A lot of coffee shops, fast food, freeways and shopping close by. The desk lamp in the room had a short. We notified the front desk, they said they would send maintenance to our room but never did. Housekeeping only cleans the rooms every other day. I was only there two nights so I never got housekeeping. Sunday morning (check out ) day there was construction right outside my room that started at 6:30am. Needless to say we checked out and left earlier than planned.

Good location and breakfast. Kind staff. Nice space in the room. Needs renovated. Shower doors didn’t open well, sink didn’t drain well, no blackout curtains on the windows - only sheers (sun rises before 5 am). Charging stations by the bed didn’t work well or at all. No pool towels and pool area needed work - very run down.
