The rooms are very clean ! Staff super helpful kind i’m very well informed about the local area. I had to stay here for an extended period of time due to a fire and they’ve been nothing but making me feel white right at home.

Todo estuvo muy bien

The AC was not properly working in the room and it’s 110 degrees in AZ which is unacceptable. The staff attendant assured us she would approve our refund if we contacted the booking agency. That was not the case when we attempted to get a refund she denied it and stated she never approved that when we received her word on it. I would avoid this property at all cost. Not safe and drug activities are definitely going on at the hotel. Just step on the premises and take one look around and that will tell you all you need to know.

The room was way more than I expected. Will stay here again

Definitely not the worst place I've been to but certainly not the best either. We were booked in a room near the back on the bottom, but the room was a bit messy and we had to clean it to feel comfortable. The kitchen appliances were nice but there were no utensils, plates, or pans to be able to cook anything. We were busy out and about during most of the time we were there anyway so we just accepted the room as it was. We did bring up our concerns on the day we checked out to a staff member that informed us that the room we were in was marked as an empty room which seemed to cause some confusion. We were told that we should have told the front desk so that we could have been moved. I don't think people should have to ask for a nicer room, it should just be expected that you booked a clean room with all of the necessities.

The hotel was good at communicating great location quiet and pretty clean worth the price

Loved this oasis…it really felt like an oasis. Room and amenities were clean and taken care of.

The entire experience was excellent. My one and only issue was that the TV is completely wifi dependent and the wifi was kind of bad. Also wish the bedrooms were darker, because it got bright very early for us to sleep.

We loved our stay in 210. We will be saving you for the next time we're in the area. Thank you for hosting us.

Always outstanding!

I wouldn’t recommend if you’re a female traveling alone. Staff was very accommodating, if you don’t care for aesthetics and just need a place to crash with cold a/c, decent bed and pillows this is your spot.

It was clean and homey will be back

Great quiet place to stay. The rooms are set up like apartments with full amenities. Even a washer/ dryer combo. I really enjoyed it.

Amazing hotel!!!

The unit has been refurbished, one can easily tell the place is several years old. Aside from a few rather cosmetic blemishes, it was a nice overnight stay.

The staff are just amazing. The amenities were so plentiful—we had a washer and dryer, two beds, a couch with a pull-out, a table and chairs, and everything we needed right down to salt, pepper, utensils, and pots and pans. Having a Food City right next door was perfect, and with a full-size fridge, we had plenty of room to store our food for the whole trip. They were so helpful, too—they even let us stay in the pool an extra half hour and grabbed us some extra blankets for the kids' pull-out bed. When my son lost his glasses, the staff offered to contact me as soon as they found them so they could ship them back. I come to Phoenix once a year, and I will definitely be back next year. Thank you to everyone at Tempe Oasis for making our stay so wonderful!

The staff has been so wonderful, that has been the greatest pleasure of this stay! Beyond the amenities, that have been so amazing! The staff have been so helpful to move us rooms when the AC wasn't pushing. They were quick to bring us more blankets for the pull out bed for the kids. The pool hours end at 10, but they let us stay an extra half hour before closing up shop. My son lost his eye glasses and the hotel offered to send them back to us upon finding them.
