Issue with the door code but that was resolved quickly

I liked the kitchenettes in the room and the refrigerator was great and clean. Liked the freshness and newness of the kitchenette as well. The bathroom was clean but whoever did the tile work didnt know what they were doing and they tried to "refresh" some surfaces with paint that were never meant to be painted. But overall it was pretty clean. The laminate flooring was in pretty poor shape, but at least it was not old, gross carpet. Some of the furniture and shhets could be updated as well. My biggest complaint about the room was the overwhelming scent of whatever cleaner they used "fabuloso"??? was incredibly strong and was hard to air out. Maybe use a cleaner that is more neutral as it was quite unpleasant. The only other thing is maybe mount the TV on the wall opposite the bed instead of on the same wall because it could not be watched from bed. Overall the value of the motel was good compared to the low price.

My Room was clean door lock reset on me but ,it was fixed right away other than that the property was nice I would have liked a tv in the bedroom the futon wasn’t that comfortable to sit on for long periods of time..

The staff at this place are wonderful. They seem truly committed to making customers feel welcome and cared for. Thank you! The amenities are exceptional. Lots of freebies, excellent amenities in the rooms. (Full sized refrigerator, stove and oven and all the cooking equipment and dishes needed for a comfortable stay. Great location!

besides being accused of having guests in my room that werent checked in at 7 pm and the employee pounding on my door about it and insuitating that i was lying about not having guests ... the hotel is nice n house keeping is awesome and the free food n treats n drinks up front are nice to

Clean room - good amenities- outdoor pool needs some work . Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

Rest of the room was nice and clean. They had nice snacks in the room.

Affordable and felt safe with a helpful staff. The rooms are clean with free snacks, coffee, drink etc upon arrival into the room. Utensils were very helpful. An outdoor pool had people seemingly having fun. We enjoyed the closeness of the hotel to the roads as we were able to take busses all over Tempe.

Would have given a 4 star for the hotel meeting expectations but found hairs on my pillow hence the 3.

Oh my goodness I enjoy my stay here this place is so clean it has great amenities beds were so comfortable the pills were perfect I will be staying here again it is convenient to get to stores shopping malls and restaurants.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are renovated beautifully and are very comfortable and stocked with a welcome basket of snacks. The pool is perfect, there’s a game room with activities, and the atmosphere is very relaxed.

The only thing to complain about was the WiFi being super spotty. And there could be a television in the bedroom also lol. But I loved the hotel!
