We fit the suite that had everything a small apt would have. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing is that we didn't have internet to stream movies.

So many problems with Ellis at the front desk that our stay was horrible.

I've stayed here several times over the past 2 years but the quality of service & overall atmosphere has declined significantly. It started w/watching a manager remove 7+ random people from a room where they appeared to have been living & had left it utterly TRASHED! Throughout the wknd I witnessed women in scanty clothes, "milling about," if you catch my drift, & multiple men carrying large amounts of alcohol coming in and out of a few rooms. The woman staying next to me repeatedly screamed & yelled @ someone on the phone. After half a day of this, I asked the front desk about it. The employee was apologetic and sent maintenance to speak with her, but she never answered the door. The screaming continued on and off ALL NIGHT. I called the front desk multiple times during the night with no answer, emailed and contacted the hotel through Expedia, with no response. Next morning, I finally reached the front desk and explained the situation. The gentleman who answered seemed irritated by me the entire conversation as though I was the problem. I asked if the woman would be staying another night & was told she wasn't currently booked, but that she normally rebooked daily. I asked if they could move her if she rebooked & was told no, but that they could move me. I asked why I should have to pack up my belongings and move when I wasn't the source of the problem. The employee essentially scoffed and offered no solution. I packed my belongings immediately and moved to another hotel.

I really loved my stay at the Tempe Oasis. My room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was amazing, Thank you all for making me feel at home 🏡

Stay away, this is a 2 dressed up as a 9. Old dive motel with a fresh coat of paint. Staff were nice while they were there, but there was nobody to help after 6 pm. Rowdy guests drinking, yelling and fighting till 4 AM, nobody there to help, barely an apology. Had to battle for a partial refund even though I checked out after 1 night of a 3 night stay. Uncomfortable beds, no coat hangers, wifi and TV didn't work.

First off they have no internet in the rooms. We were there for business and when we talked to the staff they said yea we know there is no internet and there is nothing we can do about it. So that also meant the tv didn’t work at all. So that was completely false advertisement. 2nd the room furniture was just sad. One table with one chair and a really crappy futon for a couch in this giant room. 3rd very loud yelling until 3:30am. When we went to checkout early the staff told us we wouldnt get a refund because we were “cancelling”. I said no we are leaving because you did not provide the amenities promised not because we want to leave. They then said they would “try and get us a refund but it would be hard and that I should positively review them based not on the room but on their service.” Needless to say I still have not received any refund. I want to warn everyone else that if you are coming here for a business trip pls beware and read through the real reviews.

The area was kind of sketchy and there was a drugged out individual half passed out in the back parking lot. Do not park in the back if you can avoid it

Too many issues with the front desk staff. Ellis to be specific. He's very rude to guests and was inappropriate with the way he spoke to my child.

Loved having stove, microwave, and fridge Keyless entry was nice too

Sitting everywhere.. the hotel is falling apart: extremely old and filthy furniture, ice machine not working, TV in our room was not working. This hotel doesn’t even deserve one star.

The staff was great and helpful, quick to answer questions. The room was very clean. The amenities of having a washer and full appliances was helpful. Definitely would stay here again. The outside of the building is not indictative of the inside. Pool was clean, staff was readily seen every day. Game room was also very clean. My only feed back is the up and down of the WiFi, need stable service and having a few kid friendly plates and cup. I will be a repeat client.

I had a small issue with the toilet, they were quick to respond and moved me to a different room. Friendly staff. Prime location. Would stay again.

The owner or the GM gets bizarrely personal about extra towels or water bottles at the front i had the most bizzare interactions with this individual however 165 dollars for 2 night for a room with in unit washer and dryer while mine is not working is a really good deal manager or owner if you’re reading this maybe put up a sign so there doesnt have to be unnecessary conflict with guest i like this location because of the in unit laundry iam willing to spend money here again but ya obviously if you want a policy set in place like no extra towels or snacks / drinks put up a sign , charge for it idk , i also dont care i just dont wanna be bothered about something that has nothing to with me when im trying to relax and get laundry done at a place i spent money on like how is a guest supposed to know u only want 2 towels per room and 2 water bottles per guest there is absolutely no indication or signage that provides this information …😩 anyway i like it ill prob go back but ya put up signs or start charging anything but be rude to guests because of your personal preference about the hotel that so crazy especially in hospitality but GOD bless get that bread good night💫🙏

Very nice stay

I was genuinely impressed with how much this place has changed. It used to feel rough around the edges, but now it’s modern, clean, and honestly feels brand new. The room was spacious, and having a washer and dryer was a total win. Prices were fair too, especially want to shout out to the staff Angie and Danny for being super helpful and made the stay even better. I will definitely be staying here again!
