La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport

Breakfast was okay. Great muffins and bagels.

I requested liquid creamer for my coffee at 0630 and was told I could wait until 7am when breakfast started Property says cofffee 24 hours she also told another guest he could just wait until 7am for any coffee I mentioned that the bathtub was very slippery I was told I should get a handicap room next time

Staff was super friendly. Check-in was very easy and my room was clean.

The room was extremely dirty. Got in late to the hotel really tried so didn't have time to look around the room. The next morning saw food on the floor, stains on the carpet, grime on the bathroom floor and tub. I don't expect the poor an experience from an Expedia booked property. I wanted a full refund but was denied it because they said I slept in the dirty uncleaned room already. Had I known how dirty and unmaintained the property would be I would have never book it.

It is Ok, but Things to improve as the continental breakfast, the pool and the Ice machines on each floor, the maintanence of the elevator

Person at front desk was very rude upon check in, I took a picture of a Roach running across the room, call the front desk ask to please change my room I was told they was no clean rooms available, before the conversation was finished she hang up the phone when I asked for the manager, got no reply again. The females at the front desk was rude every time. Another evening I came in my key wouldn’t work, he was a little more pleasant and offered to change my room for me. This was my first time staying there and I can honestly say Never Again.

Pet fees are hig and they didn't let me know about the pet areas at check in. My son said they were following him when he took the dogs out. Than I got a text saying we weren't bringing them to the correct location well maybe have some signs or a better pet area since your a pet friendly hotel

My trip worked out very well everything fell in place found the car found the hotel room found everything was easy to get two had a wonderful time thank you for your hospitality and your expertise

The bathtub was dirty and there was something sticky spilled on the bedside table. Room was small but was good to sleep and leave

Accommodated an early check in. Shuttle ride to airport was late.

Dirty property. Linens with burns. NO BREAKFAST! Worst La Quinta ever.

Very friendly staff. Was very happy with my stay until I seen roaches crawl across my floor. We packed up and left.

Decent place for the price, if you can get it cheap and aren't picky, its fine. But it hasn't been remodeled in a couple decades. There is a pool. There is breakfast with a waffle maker. Its far from everything and public transit is bad, so hopefully you have a car. Me and several other customers were upset that shuttle was not as advertised. Not 24 hours, it stops running very early at night.

Property is dated. Needs maintenance. Bathrooms are very tight, low water pressure, old stained tub.

Ice machine on the 3rd floor was broken; no updated outlets in the room; airport shuttle van was not working so they could only take a max of 4 people to the airport at a time. The place needs a make over.

Not a good experience, I would have canceled my room if I could have gotten a refund. The pool was ok, needed to be cleaned.

Room was very spacious and clean, had a small problem with the shower but they changed my room and it was ok!

This room was fine for a short night after a late flight, but far worse than any other La Quinta I have stayed in. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and everything seemed clean but worn.
