Couch pull out bed was dirty and had crumbs in it.

not a comfortable stay by any means.

Clean room!!! staff very respectful plenty of room to park AC blows perfect no complaints I have, I would love to be here and for quite a while.

Roaches in room, need to clean and take better care of property

Nothing! There were suspicious people outside and inside, not a good look at all! Suspicious people on the property. The room was supposed to be no smoking but reeked of cigarette smoke. Plumbing was terrible!

I got a 46$ charge thats still pending that nobody can explain. I paid 40$ for the deposit with a separate card and the next morning 46 was deducted why no one know. Has to wait for it to post to dispute

It was nice and im trying g to go back but I think ransomware and cyber hackers are at play

Easy check in The place was filthy and the room I was given had a strong smell of cat piss. Went to ask for a room change and had no issues

First room I was given smelled horrible. I’m not the one to ever complain but it was intolerable. Gentleman upfront was very kind and helpful to relocate us rooms not that the second room was any better. Found a bag with an old tampon in a drawer. Tv did not work nor was there a remote. Hotel in general was smelly and not clean. Didn’t look like photos online at all

I was utterly amazed at the level of professionalism and service that the staff provided despite the appalling conditions and state of the property and the clientele that frequent the establishment. Eddie is an amazing customer service representative!! Low level of cleanliness, worn and old carpet, bedding and furniture. Low quality and highly transient and homeless population, and low level of security.
