No juice in the morning . No blank . Just small throw blankets

My room was clean and ready when I arrived. However the hotel itself was hot!

The hotel is in a good location. Breakfast is very bad 👎 . All the staff were kind and very helpful.

I like to stay here because of their proximity to the airport. They provide Uber rides to/from the airport and I can park my car long term if I need to. When I can’t fly directly from home, then this is my choice. There rates are reasonable and they are clean.

We thought the hotel was great for the price. The room was clean the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only thing that bothered us was the pool, to not look real clean, but we did not go in either. I wish the breakfast had eggs for breakfast but they had cereal and bagels and Waffles that we could make which was great. I wanted a cup of water but they did not have it, and we had to buy our own water bottle if we wanted water. I think they could have a container with water for people who did not want juice or coffee. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and as I said before, it was really good for the price.

It was mostly clean and the staff was helpful. Some of room was dirty and a lot of the amenities were not available during my stay. Great staff though.

This Hotel was a horror story. When we first arrived, we knew it was bad; we were located in a homeless area. My friend checked in around 4:00 pm, paid for the incidentals and the room fee. As soon as my friend stepped into the shower their was a big cockroach. We immediately asked for another room. The second room was filled with mold all over the bathroom. We requested a refund and moved hotels. We obviously checked out return the keys, and got Expedia on the phone to call the Hotel to issue the refund. We left on the last day of the trip; we were getting worried about the refund. We called, and one employee said that the refund was never issued and we were never checked out. Since that happened, he stated that He went ahead to do it. So we decided to go there in person since our flight was the next morning. Upon arrival, we had another employee write everything down and give us a receipt for the charges; however, there was still no check-out time. She stated her manager would be back the next morning. After our flight, we got home I noticed that they charged my card that was on file through the reservation of Expedia. Overall, they took a large sum of money out of our account altogether. My friend has received her refund; I am currently waiting on mine. This hotel in general is very concerning. Would not recommend

It want into my agent called that we got a plunger. Wasn’t reassigned the room. The room was clean but there one single big cockroach that was near the fridge area we killed. One roach… it happens sometimes. Overall the place was clean. AC struggled. You weren’t hot and you weren’t cold. Remind you I was in the suite with the king bed and couch/living room.

The bedding was not washed, as you could smell the linen not being washed. The bathroom had hair all over it. And the environment does not seem safe at all.

TV did not work in the 1st room. Had to be switched rooms at 1am in the morning. During that process I had to wait for the employee to finish playing his video game before I was given the New room. Room that I was moved into the AC did not work that well. Hotel tried offering points instead of giving any kind of refund back for the inconvenience.

My kids loved the pool! There was a small workout room and a great breakfast bar with cappuccinos and warm waffles. It was more than sufficient, easy to get to, and super affordable.
-
Great price for a quick last minute over night stay. Easy to find. Breakfast could've been better but otherwise was a nice place to stay for the night. Loved the room size in the suites!

An old Hampton Inn. Room was clean and nice. Water pressure was tremendous. 7So was lobby area. Pool was closed due to a monsoon. Was hoping to get some laundry done, but alas, they were out of order. Don't get to phoenix often, but I'll stay again.

After I called the front desk, we were moved to different rooms. While those rooms were an improvement, the television in one of them didn’t work. At that point, I decided to keep them because they were still better than the original rooms. The complimentary continental breakfast was also very disappointing. There wasn’t even drinking water available. The only options were waffles, cereal, and bagels—no fresh fruit or other healthy choices. In addition, the containers holding the jelly and other condiments were dirty, which raised further concerns about cleanliness. To make matters worse, when I went to use the pool area, the jacuzzi water was green, making it look unsanitary and unsafe to use. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Between the maintenance problems, lack of cleanliness, and poor breakfast, I cannot recommend this hotel. I definitely do not plan to stay at this hotel chain again.

Continental breakfast was enough, no toast or eggs, meat ( bacon, sausage, etc ) n the inside the restroom need more handicap handle because I almost slipped in the tub. Not enough towels n no telephone line that worked. The AC wasn't cool enough. That's why I put 2 stars on it.
