Everything breakfast pool clean room & helpful staff

A/C was not working as anticipated

The staff was great. And there was a variety of stores to get food. Near the Hotel No bacon until the weekend but waffles and everything else is served everyday

It was fine! Pretty much exactly what you’d expect from a $60 hotel stay. Hot shower, clean beds, but dingy. Overall gets the job done!

The room was very clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn't like that I wasn't told about the $100 deposit before I had booked the room, that was very inconvenient and honestly I didn't have the extra money at the time, I actually had to call a friend to borrow the money to keep from losing my reservation as ot was non refundable....

Was very happy for fridge and microwave and coffee maker. There should have been a fan in the bathroom. Was saddened the breakfast had been downgraded, it was still goid.

Room Was Clean Beds were comfy, enough room for me and my family. Breakfast could use more variety. Location was great, price was good as well for the stay we had. I would book again.

Not able to have breakfast. Location was perfect One main reason for booking this hotel was for the pool. It was closed.

Location to airport and In and Out It was definitely on the ghetto side of PHX

Rude in attentive staff. One receptionist did not look up and acknowledge me for long time. No manners. Dirty rundown. Shady dodgy area

Breakfast from 6-9am never used it. It was long days so we didn’t use any amenities.

Friendly service! The only thing I would change was the breakfast options. Wasn’t what I expected.

Staff was beyond professional, very nice, and very busy. Didn't matter what their job was, if you seemed lost, they were sure to help! The entrance too, and outside area does not do the hotel justice. It's clean, but kind of secluded.

The room and staff Was not able to use pool during my stay which is the reason I chose to get a room for the weekend

ROOM WAS NICE AND STAFF VERY FRIENDLY NO POOL AS ADVERTISED WATER ALL OVER BACK ENTRENCE AND NOTICED LAUNDRY SERVICES OUT OF ORDER

As soon as I walked in they made me feel like I was important. My name was on this board that said I was a guest of the day. The room was perfect. All the staff was super nice and the breakfast was great That I had to leave so soon

Staff were excellent the Uber service was so helpful. Front desk , especially the manager was so kind and friendly . The breakfast was ok and the suite was nice and roomy. The toilet needs to be updated though, the water would not stop until you jiggled the handle.
