Disappointing

Nothing was good at this place The location was right by the freeway. The staff was dressed in sloppy white T-shirt. The bed was very uncomfortable. The shower was not hot. The laundry facility was out of order. Breakfast was mediocre at the best, not enough selection.
-
Centrally located around everything! The traffic around Phoenix is horrible!

Hotel is older. Staff friendly and helpful. In lieu of transportation to airport, they give a voucher to cover the cost up to $20.

Excellent customer service. Staff friendly and professional. Airport shuttle was great. Good location and good for the price.
-
Hot tub is not heated. No shuttle to airport. You must download Uber, and they sent me a credit. Stayed 2 nights, no new towels, or trash dumped the 2nd day. Told they will do that if I stay 3 nights. A huge inch 1/2 roach dead by toilet.
