Red Roof Inn PLUS+ Tempe - Phoenix Airport

I booked a reservation and they didn't have my name on file an they still charged me even though I did not stay a single night there The front desk clerk was rude as hell

- Great location - Very nice & clean - Staff are so helpful - Has a big parking lot The elevator is too old

Whatever room was booked and paid online they make the checking so boring and ask for another payment

Clean comfortable rooms, dog friendly, no issues. Price was King in decision.

Front Desk Was very very nice and friendly.. Room smelled clean and was/looked really clean but unfortunately it still smells like smoke cigarettes.. stayed there for 3 hrs and just left.

Worst service ever. The room was dirty and smelly. I called front desk to tell them that I was going to be a few minutes late due to misplacing my passport. Only for them to charge me a late fee. She was very rude even after explaining to her what happened. Worst hotel. Do not book!!!

the tv didnt work we called on the first night and were given attitude by young man at front desk, couldnt watch tv the whole weekend because it was locked in hotel mode but no way to connect it to internet, coffee machine full of soap, blanket had a hole burnt into it and bugs in room

Bed and chairs comfortable and clean. In-Room Safe wasn't operable/powered.

My vehicle was stolen from the parking lot. No heads up about the deposit.

Wifi was only complaint
