Red Roof Inn Plus Tempe - Phoenix Airport

Clean and nearby the airport. They had restaurants open late that deliver pizza and burgers

So they stole my money.

People running the front desk, great personality and attentive to my needs.

Great stay family had great service and understood there policies.

Bed was very comfortable, work desk was nice. Pool wasn't clean in early evening. Shower water pressure seemed low.

Staff was very friendly and helpful

The property was clean, and the staff was amazing. Should have coffee and Hot water option for tea. There was two coffee pots without signs that differentiates water, however both had coffee .

Outdated not that clean either

Bathtub was dirty and clogged, nasty

What I needed at a great price.

The room was disgusting stinky there’s nothing red plus about it. Overpriced for this room room was dirty. We were short on towels. Bedsheets are dirty hair was clearly that they never washed the bedsheets. I was disgusted. I was just so tired. I didn’t wanna argue with the staff. The staff was great. That’s the only thing that made me give two stars out of five.

I left with bedbugs and when I called to discuss about this with management I was hung up on.

The property was decent and the staff were excellent. No issues checking in and the area was pretty safe and quiet. I would recommend a short stay but not a long stay especially with a family.

Older rooms; good value. Great for pets, they have a dog run area. Dated rooms but clean.

I was really impressed with the value for money and how easy it was to get from the airport! That was the main reason I invited my parents to my graduation. The front door seemed a bit stubborn, and the card scanner wasn’t working right. We had to give it a few tries to get it open each time.

My room the key wouldn't work I changed it 3 times. My husband had to study for his work. The chair was broke it was an office chair it was stuck all the way down. Therefore the table was high as the chair. I asked for another one, never got it. And at 3am a man was trying to get in my room with a key, the door unlocked but the bar on it. Never go there again.

Room was clean and nice. Parking was easy. Location to airport is great. No refrigerator in room.
