The front desk staff were super friendly and nice! I was only there for one night for work but everyone was kind and it was a good stay in a convenient location.

They claimed to have airport pick up but neglected to say till 9 pm. I arrrived at 930 and had no pick up.

Decent hotel if you’re staying overnight from the airport. Otherwise not that great for multiple nights. Paid specifically to have the pool but it was randomly closed the days we were there. There’s no microwave and the TV wasn’t working very well. Unfortunately would not stay here again.

Front Desk staff were kind and helpful. Ms.Coco is the best help with checking in and help with laying out what was available for food and shopping. Plenty of parking, 24 hrs gym, pool was clean and drying towels were available. If back in the PHX area, this is where I'll be staying. 10 mins from the airport.

Bed. Bugs. I’m so upset I woke up with bites on my wrist and leg. I was hoping that I was just going crazy but it was indeed bed bugs.

You get what you paid for as far as the room and shower but the staff were amazing and very attentive which made the stay way better. It also very close to the airport which is convenient.
