Horrible experience I’m sorry 1 star

Hey, I’m all about cheap hotels and low expectations but this place was the worst. Blood on the wall, poop on the chair, mold and gum all over the table. There was a crater in the middle of the bed that made it unsleepable. And their remote check in process is ridiculous. The elevator had dirty rags, cigarette butts and empty drug bags. Only good thing that happened was the random dude staying there that had an unusual amount of pop tart boxes and offered us one. We graciously declined but it’s the thought that counts.

Pool in photos doesn't exist. Photos are either old or of a different property. First lady made it feel like an inconveniance that she had to put her phone down to help us. Stating "You can use the kiosk too". The kiosk being a teleconferance with some one who knows where. First room ac didnt work at all, light leaked around the door on all sides. Switched rooms, tv didnt work properly and the room had no phone what so ever. Had to have our room rekeyed the second day because they stopped working. People wandering and hanging out in halls at all hours of night, wven knocking on doors after 12am (looking for their friend)

Very sketchy area and it didn’t feel safe at all. Room wasn’t ready for check-in yet the parking lot being empty.

Ok so the are supposed to have someone in office they don't some dumb kiosk person whose either AI or living in another country is there so if u run out of toilet paper don't expect to get some right away or clean towels in the morning they didn't have but I actual towel in room and then 2 hand towels the 1 floor towel in bathroom no wash rag no actual bath towels. The pool was not swimmable from Friday evening until Tuesday and in that time of stay we literally got no linens had to switch rooms from no air working to a smoke infested cat pee room with clearly mold spots in bathroom ceiling the room was on 1st floor and it was not very clean the beds had dips spots in it the blankets had burns the pillows were bout the best thing in the room we also had a double bed room but the room was way to small for two beds so if u wanted to get cool air you had to sleep on the bed right in front of it blocking the rest of room. The third room we got the last night there it at least had 2 bars of soap and clean towels room was bit cleaner smelled better but the TV was small and it was too dark to see anything and it was the 3rd floor with a dog wasn't very ideal but it was manageable. I can say when you got into office and you got lucky enough to see a human worker they were very helpful and accommodating as possible. All other staff housekeeping/ maintenance are just random people staying there probably working to stay not in uniform not very professional.

The general area and the buildings look dirty and poorly maintained; the room was clean overall, but the bed covers had strange stains and the TV lacked a remote control. The walls are very thin, and you can hear everything from outside the room, making it somewhat difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I like the location and price for the stay... the fact that they knew that water was going to be shut off and no one seems to know anything about it and they don't know how long it takes to resume water pressure..I had already paid for a few days so after 6 days of no water cause of promises of water turning on any time now we had withstood the 6 days of no water and no manager to explain or compensation of any kind After I was a regular for now for 2 weeks and was told nothing and not even given a night or something as the inconvenience that I was subjected too..
