Our handicap accessible room was very spacious. We had alot of hot and cold breakfast items too choose from with fresh fruit. The free parking and airport shuttle made our choice to stay at this location very easy. The hotel is located near shopping, restaurants and the Arizona State University. It is not far from downtown Phoenix so ride share is affordable if you choose not to drive. The staff was very nice and made sure we were comfortable during our five night stay.

Spacious clean rooms, thick walls, quick elevators, super friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast selections. Really enjoyed our stay.

Everyone was very nice and a pleasure working with. However, the house keeping personnel was RUDE

The hotel was clean and attractive, with courteous and professional staff, a comfortable, spacious, quiet room and a substantial, pleasantly displayed breakfast.

Room was nice and clean n comfortable.staff was friendly. the property was in a quiet area so not much traffic noise. breakfast had a good variety. will definitely be back.

Breakfast was great and we were able to use the pool even after checkout.

Staff was very helpful and we appreciated the shuttle to and from the light rail.

The only problem we had was the beds are super super old and uncomfortable, pillows were uncomfortable. We were unable to get a decent sleep and the walls are super thin. You can hear the people next door.

All was great EXCEPT the breakfast area was a huge mess and out of a lot of hot food, the worker was no where to be found for over 20 min then showed up scrambling to provide food. Either she’s incapable of doing her job or needs help!! For a Saturday morning this shouldn’t happen

When I arrived, we had the friendliest staff allow us to check in early, and everyone at the front desk was so friendly throughout our stay. I rarely feel hotels are clean enough, but the hotel, the room, the bathroom, the breakfast room-all felt fresh and clean! This was the best hotel experience I've had in a long time.

The staff was absolutely the best I have ever experienced. ALL of the staff that we spoke to whether it be the shuttle drivers or the front desk staff! Extremely friendly you could tell they enjoy their jobs! I really cannot say enough positive about them!

Price of room was very reasonable. Persons checking you in were were exceptional.
