Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Phoenix Tempe/Airport

I checked out early and the front desk indicated to check with expedia to issue a refund for 1 nights stay. Please issue me a refund for 1 night

Main feature, and most important reason in my choosing this hotel is its free and efficient shuttle service to and back to the Sky Harbor airport. It saved me a great deal of time, effort and money in being one of the few hotels near the airport that provides this service. This is a major factor in my lodging decision ! Secondly, I have always found Marriot hotels to be very clean and efficient in every way !

Everything was Terrific!! Nothing

Room was excellent and very clean with good decor .Bed/Towels etc were very clean and was nice to have a fridge and a microwave in the room.. Next time am here in Tempe will surely stay here.

Great hotel close to ASU for move in but not in the heart of the chaos. Enjoyed it!

My family of 5 stayed 2 nights and our stay was comfy, clean, no dust, door handles were wiped clean and the staff provide excellent service with no disappointment. Would book again anytime. Safe area as well.

The room size was terrific for the cost. Very clean with 2 flat screen TV’s. The staff was incredibly nice and courteous and quickly got us our room. Great choices for breakfast. Just overall very comfortable experience. We will certainly be back.

My goal was to find an inexpensive airport near the airport that was clean and safe. I live in the Verde Valley and needed to have my mother at the airport by 4:15 am, which meant I would have needed to leave my house at 2 am, turn around, and come back. There was no way I was capable of that. Also, I would not have my husband with me, so I needed a place I felt safe walking in the parking lot so early in the morning, especially since I'd be alone after dropping her at the airport. The property exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay here again when applicable. The gentleman who checked me in on the evening of August 2 was the consummate professional. He was polite, cheerful, and helpful.

I appreciated the shuttle service to and from the training center and too the airport there was no water bottle in my room

Booked my room last min due to flight cancellation late at night. There was no hassle we got to check in right away. Everyone was so helpful and the breakfast was delightful with good variety of whole foods.

Active crime area. Reconsider booking a stay at this location. My car was broken into overnight and the hotel claims to not have any parking lot facing cameras installed. Front desk personnel and assistant manager utterly useless in assisting with situation. Requested to speak to the manager and they sent the assistant manager out. Filed an incident report with front desk and assistant manager signed it without even bothering to go outside to verify the information. This Marriott is run with a combination of incompetence and apathy.

We will stay again in the future. Thank you

Everything from the receptionist to the cleaning staff in just a whole aesthetic of the hotel was amazing you can never go wrong with Marriott
