Our stay was ok. Location was good, staff was helpful however our neighbor decided to stay up until 5am. No regards to everyone wanting to rest.

The hotel being roughly 8 min from the airport was great! I’m a single father of 3. My children ages are 18, 13 and 12. When we travel we are rarely in the hotel room. If we were to go the hotel room, it’s to change clothing to go to a water park or get out of dirty clothing from an excursion then we leave shortly after changing. Lately, we’d go into the room to call it a night which averages between 10:30pm to midnight depending on travel time to the hotel. When checking into the room, we dropped our suitcases off and left the hotel within about 15 minutes. We left for several hours but returned to change clothing for an adventure. We returned to change clothing. Once entering the hotel room my children I began to use the restroom and within 10 min the phone started ringing. My eldest answered due to being closet to the phone. After hanging up the phone my eldest explained that the call was the front desk stating it was a noise complaint from the room under ours. Before anything else was said I left the room and went down to the front desk to talk with them about to false accusation. It was offensive due to the fact we hadn’t been in the room more than 10 minutes and my children weren’t doing anything wrong. I’m a black man that looks very young, with locks in my hair. Also, we had to change rooms our last night due to the toilet malfunction. Very inconvenient maintenance went home for the day so we had to pack up to move rooms the night before heading out.

The room wasn’t as clean. To be top rated there was web’s at the bottom of kitchen cabinets and dirty at the corner of the kitchen floors. It didn’t bother me.

Room was perfect for a family traveling with little ones. All the extra amenities were SO nice and the breakfast was amazing!

Both hardware (facility/room) and software (staff) were excellent! Regardless of the person who I talked to, consistency was the name of the game. Not only the room was clean, spacious, and good amenities, small detail (human touch if you will) was truly appreciated. Kitchenette with full size refrigerator and microwave was great as I always eat something in the room during travel. The only "thing" that I missed was taking a free breakfast at the hotel. I am positive that it was a good one as it was an excellent smell when I checked out ;-) Additionally, in stead of shuttle bus to and from the airport, this hotel now arranges a free Uber service. In the end, it was much quicker from the airport and also to the airport. Thank you very much for your effort!

Hotel room was clean, staff were friendly and the breakfast was amazing.

I was so disappointed. We got to the hotel on Thursday night I ask how often do they clean rooms. I was told after 2 night by Sunday my room was still not clean. I did talk to front end I was told to not live the do not disturb sign, so they can clean. we still didn't get the room clean until, I talk to the 3rd person IN THE FRONT END and they clean the room one day before we live I was not happy to not have what I need for me and my family.

Overall it was great, rooms and area around were clean. Breakfast was great with egg bites, bacon, oatmeal, waffles, and cereal.

Great room!

The oh my God was great on the first floor, but footsteps can be heard and echoes at night. You can park anywhere and you don’t need a parking pass and upon entering, the lobby is clean and spacious. Staff can be a little bit friendlier because the younger woman working at night when I checked in was not that friendly but it’s OK. My bathroom floor had shoe marks on them. I don’t know why.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a good way to start the morning.

Hotel and room were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Second time staying here, it's my go to whenever I'm in town. Overnight guy was nice, the daytime guy was extra nice. Hotel met my needs.
