I’ve stayed at HIE for many years and was shocked to find I now have to pay 17.40 for a spoon of scrambled eggs and two strips of bacon and a glass of cranberry juice. . While very delicious. I realize there are other options as well , but that’s what I got. When do you stop your free breakfast??? And why???? It was a really nice thing to stay there and eat before heading out . I was very impressed with the Holiday Inn with its cleanliness and accommodations.

Loved our room. Parking was an issue. Not enough parking spaces for the size of the hotel!

EXCELENTE LUGAR PARA ESPERAR UN VUELO, BUEN PRECIO.

Easy to use shuttle from airport. Took the shuttle back in the morning to pick up rental car.

Some of the Front desk staff needs to be trained better. Unnecessary errors cause hardship when traveling!

I liked the place, breakfast was 3.5 stars and I wouldn’t swim in the pool looked below avg but everything else was great!

Not very clean, beds were very worn out.

The beds were a little to firm for me , caused a lot of tossing and turning, and a sore back in the morning! They are probably good for some who like firm beds…. Enjoyed the stay, good location.

Was disappointed about the airport shuttle but otherwise everything else was excellent

The room was excellent, the staff great, the dinner wasn’t so good and we felt sorry for the server because it was busy and she was the only one there to tend bar and wait tables. Management needs to address the restaurant dinner staffing schedule because it’s not fair to the server or the customers as it was that night
