The description on Expedia was misleading. On site restaurant is minimal and closed most of the day. Eating and drink choices are few. Place needs a major upgrade - very dated and poorly lit. But- Staff were lovely and helpful.

In my 2 night stay, I called maintenance on 3 occasions to plunge stopped up or overflowed toilets. The plumbing was terrible. I was never offered a change of rooms.

Very friendly staff upon arriving. They sold out of my original room which was pre paid and including a balcony. However the room i was placed in was very clean.

There was an African-American lady at check-in that was absolutely the sweetest woman in the world. I wish I would’ve got her name or would’ve remembered it. I got there very late at night checked in and she was just so kind. It was the evening July 8.

Ms.Bernetta was the BEST she was so up lifting her attitude was so good she made sure me and my family was comfortable and happy overall I give her a point 5,000 she’s the Best and I will be coming back again..

Reserved a room with grab bars by toilet. Despite the front desk asking housekeeper, were given a room without those grab bars. No free cookies or coffee in lobby. Bistro prices were more than Disney prices. No restaurant in walking distance but Bob Evans a short drive away. Near I 75 but difficult to find entrance.

My room smelled like dirty dogs were allowed in the room. All the upholstery was dingy and smelled like dogs. Fortunately the bed and the bedding were clean. The lobby was poorly decorated and requires an upgrade and the dining area looked like a school cafeteria. I was shocked that Marriot allowed their name to be affiliated with this establishment. I slept with my mask on because of the smell. No other rooms were available.

After a little misplacement, the manager provided perfect help and room. The bistro was very nice and food was excellent. The WIFI is a bit weak and not consistent. Nice small terrace at the room, really provided enjoyable space for morning coffee.
