The TV didn’t work either. I contacted the front desk and was given another remote, which solved absolutely nothing. I’m not someone who expects luxury from every hotel, but I do expect a room to be clean, sanitary, and free of roaches and previous guests’ sex toys. That is an incredibly low bar, and this place still managed to crawl underneath it. I documented what I found with photos and videos because otherwise this review probably sounds too ridiculous to be real. Unfortunately, it is. If cleanliness matters to you at all, stay somewhere else. I certainly will.

smell bad everywhere

ROACHES!! Loads of them, and the butt-kicking turn on the lights and they will attack you kind! They didn't care. Walked in with my girl and Wooosh! crawling with them...all over the fridge, one decided to make the bed his. Hell no! Did not stay here, did not get a refund, went down the street and paid again just to be roach free. As if that was not enough, did not feel at all safe in the parking lot. Cannot recommend them for anything...if you think you are saving money good luck! If you don't mind the little crawlers in the movie in bed with you, then save that $10-15. Never again for us.

On my last night staying the lights and most of the outlets stopped working. I called the front desk about it, they told me they were going to have something look at it and it should take 10-15 minutes. I never heard anything back, so I just went to sleep. Terrible.

Bed was comfortable, microwave broken (rusty door arching over) blind was broken, couldn't use back door because of demolition. Hallways stunk, staines all over property.

Stafff wasn’t pleasant

i did not like finding a crack pipe in my hotel room after the front desk was closed.

I didn’t like anything about my visit. I was sold an overbooked room and got hung up on twice when I tried to get a refund. You’re thieves. You’ll never get my business again. You need to give me my money back.

Absolutely nothing The entire place smelled like sewage, staff wasn't friendly, rooms were terrible furniture out dated

The room was dirty roaches dead and alive falling out of the fridge on the window seal under the chair and a horrible smell

Basically, a housing project in the middle of north east Tampa. Absolutely everything

It needs more modern appliances

Had roaches had to check 3 different rooms before I got in one that was kind of clean i were very disappointed

The second day they tried to put me in a room that was already used. The customer service is very bad.

The worst budget hotel….. To the management team, I had a room that has mold on the ceiling and cockroaches running everywhere from the kitchen to bathroom to closet. It was a very uncomfortable stay because I did not feel safe for my well-being. The furniture looked outdated that I could not bring myself to sit on. If I could give a negative star on this hotel, I would do it. On top of that, there was no hair dryer in the bathroom. Customer desk was closed until the morning so no one could help fulfill my request. I went to bed with my wet hair. No breakfast on top of that. Overall, I would not recommend anyone to stay here unless your budget is extremely tight. But there is better budget hotels out there that would ensure your well-being, and customer service is their priority. A visible mold and cockroach is huge problem, and had been mentioned before in the other reviews. But nothing has been addressed. This hotel management did not do their job to improve their business and value their customers.

Nice clean rooms definitely will stay there again

The room was dirty had to call just to get room changed because it looked like someone slept in the bed and sheets were very dirty

Definitely get what you pay for. I wasn't expecting much for $70/ night and my expectations were not exceeded.

Location and affordability Roaches in the room, TV did not work. Room and hallway had a bad smell.
