Otherwise place needs a serious remodel. Smoking is a huge problem, and not a new one as signs were posted everywhere. This doesn't stop people. My bathroom reeked. Finally, no one is at the front desk, it's shuttered from 10p-10a. So we were stuck in the smoke room as we had checked in and gone straight to eat.

Very cold in the hallways, almost too cold

Nothing. The hotel was the worse hotel ive ever seen. It was so dirty and had a mildew smell, so bad that I had to cancel the reservation.

Room smelled like cigarettes

We did not stay in the room due to dirty sheets on the bed. The staff member was kind and helpful. We did receive our money back.

And the staff lying saying that they don’t offer more blankets or just they didn’t hand out more so they didn’t help me at all and not to mention the card to open my door it was still giving me issues and now this morning they were supposed to be open because check out is at 11 am nobody could help or around it was closed at 10 when they are open and i had to ho eat or i will faint to ihop while they open so i can check out i even took a picture that i waited on the lobby

I didn't sleep in the bed because the mattress was heavily stained and need to be cleaned. I slept in the recliner. There wasn't a ice machine on campus for the guest.

Staff was very helpful but stay away from this place. It’s not for you if you are travelling for a business or pleasure especially with family.

The area. The entire hotel should be shut down re modeled and restaffed. It’s giving extended stays a bad reputation.

Didn't like: Noisy people, trying to reach front lobby after hours, not offering cleaning crew, have to buy toilet paper, have to go outside to dump my trash.

It is close to i75 easy to get.around but prperty has a plumbing issue iflushed toilet and it flooded the floor so much i left my stay early

It has roaches , and it did not smell good and was not clean .

First of all, the room was not cleaned after the previous guest, which is evident by the pubic hairs on the walls of the shower. Mold on the ceiling, smoke detector missing, ice machine broken the entire time so we had to drive and go buy some. Called and was told they would have someone check it out but never did. We booked this particular place because it had a pool also. Well, the code to open the gate to get to the pool wouldn't work. Reached out multiple times and was told that was the right code. Well apparently not because it won't unlock the gate and I guess that's why no one else is in the pool either. Then was told someone would get back to me to make it right and never heard from them again regarding this issue.
