Not great. Staff refused to provide any toiletry items, or even plastic cups to drink from. I get that this is an extended stay facility where people bring their own stuff, but they should be willing to make an exception for short-term stays. Bottled water from the vending machine charged outrageous prices.

The card in the room asking me to “tell the world” about my stay is almost too perfect. The front-desk employee was casually racist and completely inappropriate. Then the A/C stopped working in my first room, so I was moved—only for the A/C in the second room to stop working too. The replacement room was also filthy, and the drains were clogged. Basic amenities were almost nonexistent: no coffee, no ice, no cups or glasses, no hair dryer, only one small bar of soap. The rooms have kitchenettes, but apparently that doesn’t mean you can actually use them. Plates, glasses and silverware cost about $20 extra, while pots and pans are another $31. The entire place feels less like a hotel and more like emergency long-term housing—somewhere people stay because they’re between homes, getting divorced, or simply have nowhere else to go. That might explain the atmosphere, but it doesn’t excuse dirty rooms, broken A/C, clogged plumbing, missing basic amenities, ridiculous extra charges, and unacceptable treatment at the front desk. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.

At six in the morning, someone knocked on my door wanting to get into my room... The person kept knocking and insisting the room was theirs for 20 minutes. We called the front desk, and the problem was resolved.

Everything was fresh and clean as button

Nothing. No staff , no housekeeping around . “Guests” hanging outside smoking weed. Low rent people . This place suited for the people there, not for those of us that only want a nice , clean, safe place for a night or two. Left at 7:20 after the first night. Tried to get a refund and wasn’t accommodated . Horrible place Wasn’t expecting the smell. Makes sense since it is designed to accommodate long term stays . Not conducive to overnight or short stays . The whole third floor smelled of grease.

Bathroom was full of mold and bathroom fan was not working, the room was not so clean, roaches, some bad odor, some random peoples in the property area, was not feeling safe.

Great customer service, the lady from the front office really nice
