Booked a two queen room at the Hotel 4 months in advance when we got there they gave our room away and my 13 year old had to sleep on the pull out sofa. Also on the side of the sofa was 2 soda cans and a bag of M&Ms

Disappointed. Not worth my stay

Hotel was ok .. there was full trash containers right as you walk in lobby. Also pool was little dirty people leaving their inflatables and toys inside the pool. Beds were comfortable.

Front desk staff was super friendly. They have breakfast but it is not included. Sheets were clean beds were nice some detail cleaning needed updating. It was nice to be handled two bottles of water, the refrigerator in the room and access to the filtered water in the gym. I did not have sneakers or I would have used the beautiful workout area.

Came here from a place down the street, like paradise here but the other (extended stay) was a mess and a half. Would come here again, it was nice.

The description on Expedia was misleading. On site restaurant is minimal and closed most of the day. Eating and drink choices are few. Place needs a major upgrade - very dated and poorly lit. But- Staff were lovely and helpful.

In my 2 night stay, I called maintenance on 3 occasions to plunge stopped up or overflowed toilets. The plumbing was terrible. I was never offered a change of rooms.

Very friendly staff upon arriving. They sold out of my original room which was pre paid and including a balcony. However the room i was placed in was very clean.

There was an African-American lady at check-in that was absolutely the sweetest woman in the world. I wish I would’ve got her name or would’ve remembered it. I got there very late at night checked in and she was just so kind. It was the evening July 8.
