It was pretty clean and modern.

I had an amazing stay everyone was nice and friendly and the room was very clean

Would give 2-1/2 stars if available. Better than Brandon Courtyard. They are trying to do upgrades. No in-room safe to secure company assets. A/C unit was extremely loud to where I could not sleep when it was on. Bed was noticeably not flat with big lumps in it. Shower head height is meant for someone 5'5" or less.

The room was slightly dirty, floors had dirt and dust everywhere. The bed sinks in the middle had my body aching and the air only worked if you put it on 69 then it cuts off and never cut back on. I notified the front desk

My room was not cleaned the first 2 days and I did not have the do not disturb on. When I called about it, they didn’t seem to care.

The location

Disappointing. What we really needed was a quiet, comfortable place to stay for just one night. It had been a tough day, and I was looking forward to a clean, quiet room, a comfy bed, and a hot shower... They put us on the first floor right next to the lobby. According to the parking lot, there were plenty of rooms available, and they gave us the one right next to the lobby. Could I have asked for a different room? Yes, but it was late, and we were exhausted; I didn’t want the hassle. Out of all the rooms in the hotel, the little man behind the desk chose to give me this one. It was a busy night in the lobby—lots of noise and people running in the hallways. Was it inexpensive? A little, but not enough to justify the staying ever again. Don't stay here. There's a Fairfield across the street that is nicer - rooms and staff.

Booked a two queen room at the Hotel 4 months in advance when we got there they gave our room away and my 13 year old had to sleep on the pull out sofa. Also on the side of the sofa was 2 soda cans and a bag of M&Ms

Disappointed. Not worth my stay

Hotel was ok .. there was full trash containers right as you walk in lobby. Also pool was little dirty people leaving their inflatables and toys inside the pool. Beds were comfortable.

Front desk staff was super friendly. They have breakfast but it is not included. Sheets were clean beds were nice some detail cleaning needed updating. It was nice to be handled two bottles of water, the refrigerator in the room and access to the filtered water in the gym. I did not have sneakers or I would have used the beautiful workout area.

Came here from a place down the street, like paradise here but the other (extended stay) was a mess and a half. Would come here again, it was nice.

No complimentary breakfast. Very expensive bistro on site.
