Staff were so nice and the room was spacious. Slept well and will stay again.

Housekeeping was mediocre. Every other day, the wastebaskets were emptied and towels were replaced. We didn’t expect the linens to be changed, but the bed wasn’t made at all.

I travel for work a lot and hate hotels, but this one was so comfortable, clean, smelled good, I had the hardest time waking up. The only thing bad I can say is the coffee they had in the lobby was terrible. Like, exceptionally terrible. I drink my coffee black and it was so bitter I could hardly drink it. Other than that I gave this hotel the highest rating because I have not slept that well in a while. I would definitely stay there again. The coffee in the lobby was next-level disgusting. Very bitter. I drink black coffee so I can taste it without cream and sugar and this has to be the grossest coffee I have ever had. I sware I can taste it right now just thinking about it! Traumatized by how nasty the coffee was.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Check-in was smooth (I prepaid). The bed was super comfortable. I didn't like being the last room at the end of the hall. The room had a smell. The shower needed a very good scrubbing. I ended up not even getting in it because I didn't have any shower shoes.

The staff at the front desk was WONDERFUL! She was most helpful telling us about restaurants in the area as well as potential housing options for our college age daughter. All was great.
