Pleasant, clean, and comfortable Prices increased when u went to extend my stay

I immediately tried calling the front desk multiple times, but no one answered the phone. I was left to handle the situation myself. I was so scared that I ended up catching the spider with a cup and flushing it down the toilet. Finding a black widow in my bed is not something I should ever have to experience at a hotel. I expected the room to be clean and safe, and I am very disappointed that no one was available to assist me when I called for help.

I will never stay at this location again. Two days in a row crickets in my room. Cabinets dirty with food stains. Loveseat dirty with food stains. Refrigerator dirty with food stains. Room smelled. First night no hot water. Second night the toilet wouldn’t flush. All issues were brought up to staff. On Friday when I departed what had been fixed was the hot water toilet was working and loveseat was cleaned up. All other issues not taken care of.

Wife was getting dress and maintenance tried to open door at 830 without even knocking first. Totally unacceptable

Hotel definitely needs some renovation to be much modernized, especially being a residence inn Marriott. Very quick check in which was very convenient. Lobby area very nice and welcoming. But need to emphasize that maintenance needs to be done and review before issuing out rooms.

⭐ 1/5 – Absolutely unacceptable This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The room was dirty and had bugs, cat hair, moisture/dampness, and dirt under the bed. The kitchen was in terrible condition, and the garbage disposal was clogged. I reported the problems to the staff, but the response was extremely dismissive and unfriendly. I felt like I was being treated as if I were the problem instead of the hotel addressing the cleanliness issues. The worst part came after checkout. I did not smoke inside the room. I smoked in my own vehicle outside the hotel. Nevertheless, approximately two hours after I left, the hotel charged my credit card a $250 smoking fee. I strongly dispute this charge. I also had a $40 security deposit withheld, which Expedia later told me would be refunded. I have photographs documenting the bugs, cat hair, and condition of the room. For a Marriott property, this level of cleanliness and customer service is completely unacceptable. I would not stay here again and I strongly recommend checking the room carefully before accepting it.

It's always the same. It's the only place I stay when I'm in Temple.

The room is huge but it was old and the air conditioner is noisy. The room is not spotless clean, there are some strands of hair in the bathroom/ tub and the pool is dirty. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay.

No one at the front desk every time I went up.

Bed and room was comfortable. When I showed up to the hotel the attendant at the front check in counter was in the back sleeping. I had to wait about 15-20 min to check in when I needed to get in and go to sleep myself. I started calling the hotel and calling back very loudly until he came back around with blood shot eyes like he had just woke up. He said he was working in the back but that did not appear accurate.
