The location was convenient! Close to restaurants & stores are not that far either! It’s a very clean hotel from the front desk to your room. Staff were friendly & helpful. Comfy beds & decent toiletries available for use! While the location is convenient, it IS close to the highway which means it is a little noisy. The walls are not insulated very well so you can hear your neighbors above & beside you. Breakfast is basically a continental breakfast except you have to pay for it. Better off going across the street to eat.

When in Temple always try and stay here. Great clean rooms, located well with many amenities and eateries nearby.

Staff was amazing, hallways and elevators were very hot. Didn’t seem like the ACs were able to keep up in the halls. But overall everything was great.

The hotel receptionist, Lia, is probably one of the most lovely, welcoming and pleasant employee we've encountered at a hotel. She checked us in when we arrived Friday night and made us feel like such valued customers. When we went downstairs the next morning, Lia was back again. Apparently, she worked until 11:00 Friday night and was back on at 7:00 the next morning. In spite of that horrible schedule, she was still lovely, pleasant and full of smiles. I do hope that she is recognized and acknowledged by management for her value to the hotel.

I like the location, and the room was nice. I did not like the staff at the breakfast place. The Hostess was rude. I had a voucher, but she wouldn't let me in.

Nice, regular hotel. Free breakfast was also nice, with several options. Highway noise is pretty high in the room. You can clearly hear when trucks go by (and they are a lot, even on a Saturday night)

Having to pay for our breakfast was the biggest disappointment of all. Thank God there is a golden corral next door. The ladies at the desk outstanding and James in the kitchen also great food for dinner
