Fairfield Inn & Suites Terre Haute

Clean room. Didn’t use amenities. Air conditioning great !

Absolutely the best hotel buffet breakfast I have ever experienced, and I've experienced a lot. The only reason it's not an overall five star rating is because the pool was unexpectedly closed. I usually check in advance at the pool will be open because of our young travelers. Apparently this was a last-minute thing anyway. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean.

The staff was excellent! Everything was good until we were waken up by a flood of water coming down from upstairs on our bathroom. Needless to say they moved us and refunded our money.

Everything was great! Staff were kind and attentive. The room was clean and shower was wonderful. Wish we could've stayed longer.

I had issues with the television not working shortly after my check-in. Went to call the front desk and no one answered. I call from my cell phone and got an immediate pick up. Explainaed the situation about the TV in my room and got the run-around. Waited over and hour for it to get fixed.

Was greeted with a smile and check in was quick. Room was very clean. Everything was great.

Hôtel was very clean and breakfast was excellent.

The weather we stayed that night was horrible. There were severe storms and our phones signal ,to seek shelter because there was a tornado watch. We were on the second floor and there was no info on where or what to do on this situation. There was info on what to do for a fire,but not on a tornado. Beyond that everything was a great.

I felt like I was itching all night and I laid a black shirt on the bed the next morning and realized there was hair all over it. So I don’t know if there was pets in their previously or the laundry did not get clean, but whatever it is, I must’ve been allergic to it because I itched all night.
