Breakfast was good

The best breakfast ever with biscuits and sausage gravy, hash browns, eggs. We loved staying here!

Desk clerk seemed distracted.

Person at the front desk was not welcoming at all.

There were no extra blankets. If you are traveling with babies they had a crib but a playpen would have been more accommodating.

Breakfast was great! Everything about our stay was wonderful. We had to book last minute and still found everything to be awesome!

Horrible got charged way more than was told

Hotel and room were both very clean and well kept though breakfast was disappointing

Good, pet friendly hotel. Good breakfast, very nice and responsive staff.

Good hotel , especially for families, nice breakfast. Parking is on expensive side.

Access to building excellent

Room appeared clean but went to use coffee maker and it was nasty with dried old coffee and full of water, so I know it hasn’t been cleaned. Sheets were super worn with stains , mattress pad had stains I know was blood , probably have been washed but stain didn’t come out , but professional opinion, should not have been used. Looks bad!

We stayed at this hotel when it was new, about 8 years ago, and I was happy to see that it still looks and feels brand new! The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good and well stocked, location was safe and grounds were beautifully decorated with flowers. This was the perfect hotel to end our trip with. Excellent!

There was a very loud room below us. Waited until after 10 pm to notify front desk. The staff member said to give her a few minutes to identify the problem. After 10 minutes the volume was lower. Though I had expected a follow-up call from the staff member.

Different carts

The main property was well cared for and common areas were clean. The room that we first checked into had a big spot of black mold and a terrible smell so we asked for a different room. We got moved rooms and the second room has a weird musty smell too but thankfully no visible mold. The room was not as clean as I would hope for. The top covering of the bed had yellow spots and there was a hair on the pillows. The breakfast was also not good. None of the cooked food had any flavor and tasted cheap. Won’t be staying again.

Weak breakfast. Fitness center needs some HVAC help. No wipes to clean equipment.
