Quality Inn Terre Haute University Area

The room was clean. Easy access. The hotel was not crowded so the parking was adequate. Continental breakfast was weak.

Furniture needs to be replaced, the desk chair was pathetic!!!

The Quality Inn sign was moved to the ground because of another business nearby. The woman at the desk said that they were going to have to move the sign to another location. It was difficult to see where to turn into the parking lot. The occupants machine was not working. When I went to inform them about it, they handed me a small bag of ice. When I went to the desk later to get some more coffee packets for the room, I was told that they were out and only had decaf. Finally, the room had a very unpleasant odor of unknown origin. I thought paying over $100 per night in Terra Haute In would get you something better.

floors were filthy, big splotches of hair around the bed boards, cobwebs in the corners of ceiling, mold in the trash bins, along bathroom sink ledge and along baseboard by air conditioner, pillows old and flat, no iron or ironing board. All 4 washing machines were out of order.. Ice machine was also not working. We did not use coffee maker in room due to how dirty the room was.. I didn’t notify staff to this until we checked out… Was so tired we when got there, just went to bed after driving 9 hours… I took numerous photos of the room and made Jennifer aware of this (the young lady who checked us out) She said she would let her manager know and that she would request of refund for me. I would NOT recommend this hotel.. Photos are of my phone, that I can text to someone

Everything was fine. The pillows could be a bit more comfortable. But all in all, a good stay.

Clean reception area. Inside of the elevators were falling apart. There wasn’t much outside of coffee/tea

I booked the room online. I mistakenly entered the wrong date, Sept 17 instead of Sept. 18. I called to change the date. I was told that date was full. I asked to cancel the room. I was told it was non-cancellable.

we visited. Most were quiet at night. I think I would look elsewhere in Terre Haute the next visit.

Good location but outside needs to be maintained properly. Also need better room amenities.

Some of the hall lights were broken which made it very dark trying to get to our room. Room AC had to be maxed to keep comfortable temperature. Bathroom door lock was sticky and kids had a hard time with it.

Bed was very comfortable. Hotel was quiet. Property needs a facelift. Worn looking.

The room furnishings were basic but clean. The breakfast was okay—but the acoustics in the common areas are awful! The ladies at reception would talk (quite loudly) and their voices would bounce and echo terribly off all the walls and floors; it was excrutiating, especially first thing in the morning. The whole first floor felt somewhat like a warehouse, like they were in the middle of just setting the place up or remodelling. Unfortunately, the reception desk experience is the first impression a guest gets, and mine was not great. The reception personnel tried to be helpful, but they definitely need some training on how to act professional.

Hotel room and lobby all nice updated and mostly clean. Parking was terrible, but they are renovating parking lot and main sign it appears. Breakfast was small simple, not too breakfast as they advertised. But other then that good place at a good price

The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Easy to access everyone was helpful clean environment no complaints!
