Staff was phenomenal. Cannot beat the location! Our three rooms were perfectly situated to enjoy the sauna and hot tub. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Excellent location - but the room was small & dated. Restaurant closed the weekend before we got there. The employees were excellent.

Not really mountain view, buildings obstruct view. Location is perfect, about 100 feet from gondolas and tram. I hear it's closing for renovation, which will ruin the nostalgic 1960's vibe.

Best location for skiers. Basically Ski in and Out. Bavarian Themed Hotel. Felt like i was in Austria. It is "tired", but they are closing soon to do a two year remodel. Staff was super friendly. Rooms were clean, just outdated. I would stay here agsin in a heartbeat.

Firstly I would not describe the hotel as "ski in/ski out". There are a total of over 45 stairs that must be climbed to get from the hotel to the level of the ski lifts. Furthermore, the hotel is in need of renovation and updating and it is my understanding that the owners intend to do this within the next 2 years.

Incredible location. Nice staff. A bit tired and could use some updating, but pricing reflects that. Would have liked a larger humidifier- i got really congested in the room each night. I think it was due to air dryness but maybe there could have been mold/dust in the carpet that i was allergic to. Nice to have a fridge, but knob to adjust temp was missing and it kept freezing things. Boot dryer in the room was great.

Fantastic staff. Can’t stay enough wonderful things about the front desk as well as the bar staff! Truly made our trip. The location also can’t be beat!
