OYO Hotel Texarkana North Heights AR Hwy I-30

Absolutely nothing The sheets, shower, floor and chairs were stained, sticky and disgusting. We couldn’t even use the bedding it was just nasty.

So much damage, cockroaches.

When I got to my hotel it smelled muggy and after spending a night I had used the sink to wash my hands and the sink never drained by the time I left it still had water in it and there was water damage on the ceiling. Also a bump in the floor with a patch of carpet taped to the floor.

The receptionist is awful, we were treated terribly.

I did not like anything. The room still had dirty towels on the back of the bathroom door. The beds werent even made up nor did the pillows even have pillow cases! The bed was not made, room was still dirty, the rags were stained, it was horrible to be honest

Pool was clean Everything. Room dirty. Cable didn't work. Refrigerator barely worked. Mold and cracks in the Sheetrock in the bathroom. Stains on the bedding. Straight disgusting. Owner screwed up out of deposit. Worst experience in my life.

Nothing I didnt like that the room we got reserved looked like it was used, smelled bad, and the beds had bed bugs.

The pkace is nasty, there was unexpected deposits of $50 that still has not been refunded. Also the mattresses need mattress covers..there are bed bugs there. Showed the manager owner the bites he says im lying. Bad experience there

Great location next to good fast food and a Walmart you can walk to. Perfect for a budget traveling person like my self. Liked everything.

Rooms look initially clean but we had bad experiences that went as far as leaking pipes that flooded the floor and shower head in a new room that didn’t even spray right and it felt like there were issues with the hot water. It was hot coming from the bath faucet but through the shower head it was chilled. The owner of the property was nice and helpful as far as information and switching rooms but that’s as far as the “amenities” went.

The bathroom was dirty, lots of hair in the tub. Phone didn’t work, room has a smell, it took over an hour to the get the TV to work. When asked for some kind of discount/ my off, I was told no . They were very Rude. Clean Towels have stains on them.

This was okay. The bathroom was in a weird spot. The room was clean, but the furniture was worn. The air conditioner worked, and the staff was friendly.

I liked that it had a pool. The interior of the room was beat up, partially patched walls, bent wall towel rack, very dented door, no bath towel provided, rude man at the window when checking in and no breakfast as listed in the ad.

I would like a refund. Roaches got attached to my luggage and now I have to have my house fumigated. Please my adjustments to this property
