Hotel Comfort Stay by OYO Texarkana East, AR I-30

Staff put me in a room without a refrigerator and it was 100 degrees outside. He stated due to the price that i got on Hotwire that I had to pay an addition $15 a day in order to get a refrigerator. I thought he was joking but he was serious.

None It was a roach motel

Nothing at all , from the moment me and my boyfriend arrived they were hella RUDE AND ARROGANT FOR NO REASON TELLING US THERE NOT GOING TO SERVICE US WHEN WE ALREADY HAD PAID OUR MONEY AND ON TOP OF THAT THE ROOM SHOWER WAS FILTHY SO WERE THE SHEETS AND HOUSEKEEPING DONT COME BY FOR DAYS T A TIME !!! They didn’t even give us towels for those days either . Customer staff rude asf !!!!! Disrespectful and disgusting ! Sheets were bloody asf and nasty !!!! 1 / 10

The price was great and easy to find. They need to do work on the place to finish their upgrade. Bring fresh towels. The line all needs to be replaced.

they are in the process of remodeling. most cars in parking lot were contractors, not a lot of noise throughout the day and night. price was very good, cheapest stay within 30 miles. great location. front desk is accommodating. laundry wasn't available, but there are a couple laundromats within a mile on state line. parking lot is tight but thankfully not too many cars were there during our stay. you could see the age of our room, again, they are remodeling, but drawers were broken, the toilet and bed sheets had cigarette burns, and some floorboards were sagging.

Nothing it was nasty and not what I paid for The pictures online are of a different hotel. The rooms are tiny and dirty. The management is rude and hateful. They are liars and thieves.

Did not stay. Shady place. When I pulled up, I noticed the outside lights on the building were blinking very sporadically. When I walked into the lobby, it was very dirty. The lady behind the counter wanted a $50 cash deposit before she would check us in, which was more than the cost of the room! I opted not to stay as the lights outside and the deposit just gave me a very bad feeling. Do No Stay Here!! Shady place all the way around. Website pictures must have been taken a long time ago. It looks very run down and dirty in person.

Nothing was Likable It’s looked abandoned

Close to restaurants and a Walmart. Extra Charges for everything. No fresh towels or washcloths there were blood stains on towel. Also Black mold on ceilings they covered with paint I noticed in another room. Very shady operations and definitely don't recommend to anyone. They are rude and very racist and they do discriminate just be aware.

Sheets hadn’t been washed, with overall lack of cleaning across the room. Also didn’t feel safe.

This was horrible! The whole place should shut down and close for remodeling. The rooms are nasty and unsanitary. The pillows had black stains on them. The walls were filthy. The towels were stained with brown stuff. I didn't like everything. We checked out after we checked in. The pictures online were deceiving. The rooms were nothing like the pictures at all. The walls were stained. The beds were horrible. We didn't take any of our lugguage in. We walked in to check the room out and it was piss poor. The whole place should be shut down and demolished.

I booked this reservation, through a 3rd party site. I read the terms that stated that if a deposit was required for the stay, it would be $50 cash deposit, and if there was a deposit required the hotel may take it from the card on file. It cannot be both. When I arrived, after handing the attendant my ID to check in the attendant inquired about a $100 cash deposit, to which I would not receive any type of receipt for but I would just have to trust she would be there the next day to return my cash deposit. She was unbelievably, rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. No matter how calm my composure, she continued to be very disrespectful. To defuse the argument she was trying to make I requested cancelation and the return of my identification. Before leaving the property I called the 3rd party booking agency and requested a cancelation. They informed me they would process it, once they got in touch with hotel attendant. I booked a room for my 2 children( age 9 and 12), and I, less than a half mile from this hotel. I awaken the next morning to see I had been charged for the stay at this hotel. When I contacted the 3rd party booking agency, they stated that they had been unable to reach someone at the hotel to confirm my cancelation. The 3rd party booking agent placed me on hold while trying to get in contact with the hotel. The call was disconnected, so I call the booking agency back and by this time I had arrived back at this hotel. I informed the agent I was now at this hotel, and asked If they wanted to speak with the hotel attendant. They informed me they would try to call the hotel while we were on the phone. No one answered. I inquired. The attendant went on to explain that the 3rd party booking agent was responsible for my cancelation and since I had not checked in at that hotel that I was deemed a no show. I didnt like the fact that there was a man in car received oral sexual services, clearly visible, not far from the front door of the hotel. I did not like how rude and disrespectful both hotel attendants were( and the reviews by others for the hotel confirm the same). I don't like that there are no actions currently being taken to look into, or closing a hotel that has so many negative comments and reviews, and that places like this are allowed to exist and remain opened. From the construction hazards in the lobby to vast amount of illegal activity outside, this is not a place safe for people unfamiliar with the state or people with children.

The price online @Booking. Com. The ppl in charge there stole my deposit the last couple of times I stayed there and made up a reason to do so. The lady in charge at check in stole cash from me right in my face saying that I didn't just give her an extra $20 bill when I came right out of my pocket with it, and while she did this magic trick making it disappear. RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY FACE. Someone really needs to look into these people that's running this place. They are thieves of a different kind.

Shower was very nice. Somone attepted to break into our rental car so there is now $250 of damage we now have to pay for.

Nothing No downstairs and no smoking

Very friendly and comfortable! Cannot beat the price and value! Definitely will stay again!
