Stay was great. Andrew the front desk agent who just started with the company only for a few days was very helpful great personality and customer service skills were super. Stacey the GM was also super nice and attentive to all guest needs.

My stay was great and customer service that was given by Stacey the General Manager and Andrew one of the new front desk agents was outstanding.

Floors are marble throughout. So they appear clean. Could not tell if floors are mopped regularly... Kept my flop-flops on at all times. Exterior windows of hotel lobby and sleeping rooms are dirty. Front desk personnel need training in customer service and guest services. However....the Hotel bills itself as lowest cost hotel in the area of several recognized chain hotels. Hotel Security and Parking is adequate! Cold drinks/bottle water can be purchasd in main lobby only. This review option is cumbersom to complete. I would stay there again because of the low cost, room comfort, and Security, but I will again survey area pricing. If room-night pricing is not more than $7-$10 diff. I will go with a major chain hotel. Many of the hotel's guest appear to be from nearby small towns and communities who come to town to recreate and shop. Now you know!

Personal was so very nice. Bed was really comfortable & everything was clean. Water pressure was lacking but got the job done. Definitely recommend.

Better house keeping and wash the dang sheets and pillows

When I walked in you could tell by the smell there was a plumbing issue. Construction going on. Not clean foyer showed me to a room. Dirty. Blood on floor, everything dirty. Even the doors, bedskirt, refrigerator. Air conditioner barely worked. I chose not to stay and left. I went to a Quality Inn in the next town. Clean and felt safe.

Hotel Safety and Cleanliness Issues Illegal Activity: Signs point to prostitution and human trafficking on the property. Bad Upkeep: The air conditioning and toilets are broken. The lights flicker constantly. Pest Infestations: Rooms contain both bed bugs and lice

The room was dirty. It smelled of mold. The bathroom was unclean. The building was was just as dirty. It was a terrible experience.

The atmosphere is laid back the indoor pool and hot tub is amazing

Room was clean but I killed several roaches

Do not stay here!! Free, isn't cheap enough!! Holy towels, no ice, no cups, the sliding door had a hook for the lock!! The other "clients" were flat scaring us! More hourly hotel then anything,we pd 69 a nite but got their and there was a 18 cab that said 40!! The hot tub had moss growing in it, the pool had a closed sign that someone had taken down and it too was gross!! Towels Stained, and threadbare, just the worst stay ever, couldn't wait to chk out because they put a $50 hold for extras!! Lol we couldn't even get the very essentials!!

If you value a clean hotel and feeling safe, dont stay here. The room was dirty, the towels were also. The rooms have like no sound dampening so you hear dogs barking all the time, the elevator was super creepy. I wouldn't recommend this place in its current state, from the dark foreboding lobby to the vase backrooms feeling hallways this place would be worth the low nightly rate.
