Our room had a musty, moldy smell to it. The ceiling and walls were in need of repair, signs of water damage and cracks all over. The bathroom tub had stains and when you sat on the toilet it almost tipped over. I booked this hotel due to the good reviews/pictures(I must have gotten the "bad" room)and yes the rooms do have some updates to the floors and bed linens but everything else needs some serious work.

Too many flies in the room. I purchased a fly swat, wiped all surfaces with disinfectant wipes and cleaned the air conditioning vents myself. No flies after that.

The staff wasn't that attentive, room smelled horrible of smoke and the entrance door to the room didnt seal property so someone could come in even with the lock closed. Toliet flush pressure was very slow. Overall, wouldn't recommend for a long period stay. Just for a quick one night stay and go.

The property in texarkana is a very nice clean place its quite great location especially for the price.

Close to our event and fairly easy to get to The floors were dirty like they had not been mopped. Had a handicap person on walking cane and they gave us a 2nd floor room. We were told there were no ground floor rooms available but arriving and leaving we had to pass several rooms that were empty both nights we were there.

Parking was not ideal. I had to park on the opposite side of the building from my room late at night.
