I left my very nice pajamas and my phone charger in this hotel. I checked out and remembered them and came back to get them the very next day. My phone charger was there but my pajamas were not. I believe the cleaning lady stole my very nice pajama set.

The room smelled so bad or cigarette smoke you could have sworn you’re the one who smoked it. I had to clean the room and go buy a blanket because apparently all you need is a sheet? There was blood on the shower curtain so that immediately threw me off. I should have just went and asked for my money back and went somewhere else. Horrible hotel. Staff was pleasant tho.

We arrived late for checkin, around 10:30pm I think. There were a lot of young people on the side of the mmotel making noise where our king room was, so they asked if we would like a 2-queen where it would be quieter on the other side. I agreed. These were the downsides: There was No Hot Water in the shower. There was no soap, shampoo, conditioner. No coffee pot, no cups to brush your teeth. On the bed There was only a sheet and pillows. My husband got redressed and went to the car to get me a blanket. There were no electric outlets by the beds to plug in the phones. Although the pictures showed a breakfast area, they were in the middle of "remodeling". I guess most of these items are just understood to be available.

Non smoking room that smelled like cigarettes. A strong smell of cigarettes. Floor was sticky. Toilet and shower was dirty. Bed, bed sheets and bed cover had stains.

When we arrived no one was at the desk. Had to call Michelle and then had to wait 15 minutes for someone to show up. Room could’ve been cleaner. They gave the room we had reserved away. Toilet took overnight to fill half way. Instead of a queen bed it was a full size bed.

Cockroaches, cigarette burns through the bedding, dirty toilet and dirty shheets and dirty floors.

Stayed in room 110, roaches everywhere, stains everywhere, sheets had holes in them from cigarette burns, and the overall building was just dirty. Also there is no breakfast.

It was pretty noisy outside my room last night and early this morning, not what I expected at all, compared to the pictures on the website. Misadvertisement.
