Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Texarkana, TX

Staff was helpful, room was clean, tv worked (last place we stayed had issues), breakfast was great - couldn’t figure how to work the little coffee things, but I didn’t ask either.

We booked it because on line it was a rate 9 and we thought with that rate, they would have a fridge in the room and they did not so we had to get two buckets of ice to keep our medication cold . it was a disappointed. Needed help with the TV and front desk said she had no one. Try to plug our phones in to charge them and the strip did not work. The room did not look like what they post of the pictures online.

Breakfast was good.

Quiet location, friendly staff. Humidity in the room was almost unbearable. Signs that the hotel is due for some capital improvements.

Everything was excellent

Breakfast was great but our room smelled wet and like mildew. The floor felt wet and there was a dehumidifier in the room but it wasn't turned on. It was so late when we checked in so we just went to sleep but it was awful. Like they have a mildew problem maybe

Great quick stay

Great location, staff is always nice, breakfast is good, parking lot has good lighting at night and is safe. Our family loves to stay here. We never had an issue over the years until now. The room had an odd mildew type smell and curtain had a big rip in it. I alerted the front desk lady and showed her a picture Otherwise, room was nice and clean as always. We had the large suite for comfort and it was very spacious. We visit family here, so we will continue to make this our main stay if not booked up. We always recommend others who traveling here or traveling through.

great place to stay nice location far enough off the interstate that you can't hear it. Nice indoor pool and the breakfast selection was amazing! Clean Large room with very fresh white linens. I will be back again I am sure

Breakfast was amazing!

We loved the breakfast & the wonderful lady who helped us. The hotel was poorly run 1) made reservations 2 weeks in advance, but the room was occupied when we arrived 2) the toilet was running over and I was told to come get a plunger & do it myself because of lack of employees 3) we needed a handicapped room ( my friend walks with a walker & had recent surgery) “sorry! all the handicapped rooms are taken!” SORRY was said over & over!!!

Room was clean and smelled nice. Staff was helpful and welcoming and the breakfast had plenty of options.

Great continental breakfast with a wonderful lady looking over it all!
