However, once we got to the room, I was less than thrilled. The bathroom was barely cleaned. The towels looked clean/replaced, but the toilet, was questionable. The outside certainly was not. There was toilet paper inside the bowl. The shower also looked dirty. I should have complained, but I was just too exhausted. And didn’t want to deal with the training. I checked the beds over and figured it was good enough for one night. As for the rest… I can’t figure out either why only one floor doesn’t have an ice machine. I was too tired to go down to another floor to look for one. So I suffered with my lukewarm water. Breakfast was cold and we were there within 10 minutes of it opening. The French toast sticks also were a bit on the (rock) hard side. At least I was able to grab a cup of coffee. Probably for the best because the unattended breakfast had a little kid coughing all over everything. A host/hostess could have helped with the lack of parenting there.

Great place to stay. The staff was very welcoming and the breakfast was great.

AC was off so took 4 hours for the room to cool off. 1/3 lights worked. Nice bed and bathroom though.

Clean and neat; however, we had trouble getting into our room. Lock was broken, but they quickly fixed it. Our AC was also leaking but we let that go because we were exhausted (arrived late at night) and the room was plenty cool enough.

Staff and location was great Breakfast. The trays that the food goes in was empty. Everyone else that came to eat breakfast was complaining also of no food available.

Organized and not crowded. Updated, clean, breakfast area had a nice wall courtyard to look out into, soothing music to eat breakfast by, the suite idea for the room with a nice arch separating the bed area from the couch area, outlets worked and it was quiet even as full as it was. The breakfast attendant was extra helpful and pleasant. All staff was friendly. My husband thought the bathroom floor was a bit dirty, but I did not see that. The door trim was ajar at the bottom.

Decent remodel but I'm allergic to cats and dogs and I was itchy so I could tell pets had been in the room also there was a smell The loud walking above me all night I had never experienced that before

Everything was clean and smelled good. The bed was so comfy and Tasha at the front desk was so professional and sweet. She has a 5 star customer service in my book.
