Rooms were clean but the outdoor area with pool was not. The outdoor bathroom was unusable. The worst part was the exit out to the pool area was littered with cigarettes overflowing the ashtray with butts and ashes all over the ground.

The room was clean and comfortable. Close to shopping and dining.

Breakfast was good, quickly restocked when food was running low. Outdoor pool was pretty disappointing, deepest point was around 4ft. It was your typical warm July evening so the water was also very warm. Easy check in/out. Plenty of food options nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Texarkana. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices. The warm cinnamon rolls were especially delicious! The pool is on the smaller side, but it was a very welcome addition and a great way to cool off in the hot Texas weather. We would definitely stay here again!

Tiles were loose and moving around under feet in our bathroom, stains all over the walls. Checked in very late and called ahead to let them know, but staff was still less than patient and curt.

Well ran but there seems to be a cooling problem in the main building. Room was nice and cool.

The staff on duty during our staff were amazing! The property inside and out could use cleaning. Elevator floor was dirty and outside trash was full ashtray overflowing and cigarette butts all over the ground

The staff were extremely friendly. Every stay, I will continue to choose this location when visiting. Breakfast is amazing as well.

The late night staff member at check-in was amazing. She was extremely helpful and made the process easy. Love the room’s amenities and will definitely choose this hotel brand to stay at in the future.
