Great setup for the suite, elevator was slow and only had one operating

We loved our 3 night stay. The room was clean and roomy. The pool was awesome and we even used their printer in the office area. It was easy to access and did everything I needed. The only thing that we found that was worth mentioning is the bathroom in our rooms had a musty weird small at first but went away once we used it a couple times.

This hotel was such a pleasant experience. I was only there for the 1 night for a TWC conference which was in the adjacent conference center. Everyone at this hotel was SO nice from the front desk to the maids and cleaning people. When I got on an elevator with a cleaning person, it was "How are you today Ma'am." All around pleasant people, excellent experience. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was super nice and the room stayed cool. The hallways and hotel in general was very warm (traveled in June) and that was uncomfortable; however, the room was at least cold when I got there. My only complaint is the lack of security cameras on the exterior of the building. Our car was broken into our last night and the hotel advised that they do not have security cameras. As frustrating and disappointing as that was, we did enjoy our stay. Just be cautious in the parking lots.
