Unfriendly staff, did not speak or even look up when I stayed here for 2 nights.

Every time I visit at this hotel, it is always amazing staff. This kind of bartender makes a phenomenal custom drink just for me. Be careful with the double shot because you will enjoy it. Also it has a phenomenal back area. That is amazing for those who smoke it has like a covered area with fans that’s outside so 10 stars

Always excellent when we stay there

As soon as you walk in, you smell a smell that not normal. My room was on the 2nd floor as I stepped out the elevator the smell was 10/10 worse, the room had the same smell. I just figured it was old building or old carpet. It turns out the smell is due to water damage. It rained 1st night of my stay, as I opened the curtain to see the rain my socks were socked in water. Carpet was wet inside the room. The smell comes from wet carpet… Another thing worse, housekeeping came in the room while I was out and the bath towels were taken because they were used to shower the night before, but not replaced. When I returned that day and had to shower, no towels were available, I had to use small little hand towels to dry myself.. half a roll of toilet paper was left obviously not enough for a room with 2 beds. I had to call to ask for more toilet paper and was told to go downstairs to pick up myself I was only given 1 roll.

We love it every time we stay there customer service is excellent rooms are excellent will stay every time we go to Texarkana breakfast was also excellent

This was our first time spending the night at this property. We needed a place we could get a good night sleep that was on our route and a nice clean place. We were very comfortable and we would recommend this location to anyone needing a good place to rest.

The young chef/cook made a dynamite omelet with carmelized onions. And a young woman was arranging flowers for a co-worker. They were so amiable and made us feel welcomed. Very nice.

Clean and comfy rooms as well as plenty of parking room for our trailer. Roscoe and Beth in the lounge/restaurant were amazing!

Nothing Bed was rock hard, bathroom heater didnt work, door key didnt work and we were nit offered a new one just couldn't leave the room unless we had staff let us back in.

Great stay

When I checked in I was given a handicapped room so I went to the desk to try to get another room and was told all rooms are sold out. When I requested a refund she “found” a room on the 1st floor. The room was not clean, I had yo find a room attendant to clean the urine off the toilet

The lady at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable!! Wonderful experience!

The only thing that was a problem is that there was only one, sometimes two, bars on the Wifi. It nade our deposition we got booted of se eral

Close to where we wanted In 8 days never change the bedding fresh towels only once and on day had a bug on the floor.

The beauty of the entire place! The lobby, the restaurant area, the room were all incredibly gorgeous! There was not a free breakfast option. Although, as I was checking in, and was told this, the hotel clerk could see my disappointment. She was kind enough to hand me a breakfast voucher.

Room was clean, the mattress really needs replaced and when we booked the room it was to be a king bed with sofa sleeper. We only had a chair and no ottoman.
