The hotel would have gotten a better score but elevator was out of order, outside of that everything was pretty good.

Upon arrival we were assigned a room on the fourth floor after being told that the elevator was out of service. The pool was also out of service and items in the gym were also broken and/or missing.

Staff was friendly, room was great, issues were elevators were not working and they put us on the 3rd floor, we arrived late at midnight after a long trip of driving, stop for some rest so carrying luggage and gear 3 flights why exhausted was not fun, in the morning around 7:30am the fire alarms starting gong off making it impossible to sleep as they were extremely loud and didn’t stop for about 30 minutes, being in the third floor not knowing what’s going on and the noise was extremely uncomfortable.

It’s probably time for a good update of the hotel. There is a moist smell and feeling inside the rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Staff were great, breakfast was good and the pool was nice and cool. Most importantly the rooms were clean. Would definitely stay here again

Staff were all very nice. Unfortunately my room smelled of damp mold and the pillows were all terrible!

The room was nice, the staff were wonderful. The bed was torture. We both woke up with back and neck pain. If the bed had been better, I would have given the experience a 5.

We had an unsafe stay. The rooms on the. 4th floor are full of mold and our air conditioner did not cool. We tried to move rooms but they all had the mold, it’s nasty leaking pipes in all the bathrooms. We only stayed because we were exhausted. Never again!

Not sure if we were on what used to be a smoking floor, but there was a stale smell of cigarettes. Otherwise, great breakfast, clean room, nice overnight stay!!
