The room was clean. The fact that the phone number and email on the web site is bogus. I tried multiple times to call the office and sent 2 emails to the address given with no results. I accidently left a very special lap quilt on the bed and tried to contact them to see if they could hold it for me as we are coming back by the hotel this week and was unable to contact anyone. Also, the doors to the front desk were locked. The only place you could communicate with personel was a tiny windows on the side of the building. Personel were not always in the office.

Passing thru, just needed a clean room, shower and a good night's sleep. This hotel exceeded expectations. Next morning I was well rested and on down the road. Thanks.

The bed was comfortable. The carpet needed a thorough cleaning. It was so dirty I didn’t want to take off my shoes. The pillows were completely flat and very uncomfortable. In addition, I reserved a nonsmoking room and they put me in a smoking room. I had to ask for another room.

Room had unknown stains on the carpet, wash clothes were stained and looked durty, no check in desk, lobby closed, had to check in through side window. Staff doesn't speak English. Only gave 1 room key for us both. Will never stay here again!!

Did not stay. Very bad area. Afraid our car would be stolen. Carpet in room had a large brown stain as you walk in.

there was people walking around all night long. talking. doors open. it felt unsafe to leave my room

Horrid experience. Room smelled like stale cigarettes and regret, the a/c unit half ass worked and the room was humid and uncomfortable. The cleaniness was far below average from previous stays and as significantly declined ea stay in the last 6 weeks. One of many instances which is the most recent and most horrific, as upon checking the air unit, there was rotten bananas with bugs flying into my face as soon as I lifted the lid to access the control buttons to mess with the air settings. So a hot humid, stale cigarette smell accompanied by rotten food and flying insects is what this once decent motel as ascummed to these days within their rooms. Do better and for the love of God learn to have someone working in the front exp between working man hours.

Good place to stay for the price.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean.

Bathroom toilet seat was falling of. No grab bars in shower. No blow dryers. Sheets on bed had a hole in top one
