The housekeeper was very nice and professional The front desk clerk - manager in the late evening time questioned me quite a few times about how many people are with me even looked in my car. I asked how many towels were in the rm he them drilled me about why I’m asking. He said there were 2 towels. I asked for 2 more he refused. And only gave me 1 towel. I got to my rm the ac wasn’t working and the tv there was only 1 towel and I needed 2 more as there was one other person with me. He brought 2 towels but didn’t fix the ac but fixed the tv. It was very hot in the rm almost hotter than outside. The next morning I went out to get breakfast. I came back to my rm. I couldn’t take the heat anymore inside the rm. I called the office again. The Mtnc man came he couldn’t fix the ac so he gave me another key to another rm. I told him to check the ac before I moved there. The ac also wasn’t working there. Then he gave me another key to rm told him to check the ac in that rm too he came back again and the ac wasn’t working in that rm also. By then I was exhausted and had heat exhaustion I sat in my car drinking water with ac on blast.. I made another reservation at an Airbnb because I was done with this place ?

Bug squish marks on walls. Maybe a wall wash would help. Glad we didn't see bugs.

Clean rooms, house keeping came by ever day. In the back part of the property a utility trailer was parked next to the building, which made parking difficult. It also made tight clearance for passing vehicles

It wasn’t fancy, but it was clean and comfortable! All was fine

The management was very accommodating and exceeded expectations.

Location Dilapidated

Perfect little roadside motel in Thatcher right on the main drag. Staff was very friendly and helpful, we asked for a quiet room and got one. This motel is favored by contractors, so you will hear some back up beeping noises when they leave early thirty. Rooms were basic but had a fridge and microwave. Nothing that I did not expect for the location convenience and the price.

Absolutely nothing was good about this property. I’ve stayed here multiple times in the past however there must be a new management. Highway robbery. They are rude and they do not care about their customers they are all for themselves. I was attempting to book a room on the app while it kept loading and not working I walked into the office where I was told no rooms were available unless I would book 2 nights only but she would not rent to me. Otherwise I told her I was broke down and she did not care. She insisted there was nothing she could do for me the next day. I checked my account and I was charged on a credit card that wasn’t even mine. She told me that they cannot refund me even though I did not stay there or receive the service she hung up on me. They stole my money.

Perfect location and price for our quick trip. Exceptional service at front desk/check-in. Room was clean, comfortable beds, nice room temp, always nice to have a microwave and fridge, lighting also good. The construction guy leaving at 5:22am with his truck beeping while reversing out of parking space!
