Most everything was very nice. The exception was some black hairs in the tub that were not from us. Overall good.

This place is disgusting! Walking into sticky floors, dirty walls, sticky elevators. Rooms were not clean, towels were stained. Couldn’t even get a decent breakfast, and I was there when it opened. Avoid at all costs!

The conditions were rundown, and the bathrooms were not clean. We had to use our own Clorox wipes to disinfect. We saw two cockroaches in one room. The pool was murky, and we were unable to swim in it. We do appreciate the working luggage transporter to move our luggage upstairs.

It was a nice stay. I only wish the pool was cleaner. It was hot so a dip would have been nice but there was a lot of debris in there. Other than that it was perfect. Breakfast was great. Ice machine was useful. No issues with our room at all. AC was perfect. We will stay again.

I thought the breakfast was fair. Not Marriott quality but fair The room service was terrible. The lobby was dirty along with the room. Had stains on couch and we never saw room service on the nights we stayed. The front desk night staff were unfriendly. Need an attitude adjustment.

Everything was great! Staff was nice, rooms were clean, and breakfast was good. The mattress was a little stiff but other than that, I have no complaints.

We found a bug on the sheets of the bed, we proceeded to call front desk to request new towels and new sheets and no one came. Breakfast gave us food poisoning

i loved the hospitality also the property was very clean no issues and the staff was very nice . i would definitely come back here plus i love the breakfast lots of variety my family enjoyed it . nothing

I like how the whole property looks and how clean the whole entire property is. The room was very clean and the AC worked amazingly well and it was honestly one of the best places I’ve stayed.

Fantastic stay, room was so clean, air conditioning was keeping our room cool for us, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic! Would highly recommend the Belgian pearl sugar waffles, they were amazing! 10 out of 10!

Friendly staff , breakfast was good ! The beds were uncomfortable :/ stayed there in the past and the bed was super comfortable, but this time not so much !

The room needed to be cleaned up more there were toe nail clippings in the living room floor it was disgusting

Staff is polite, helpful and respectful.

Hotel itself was great. Our only issue was a smell similar to sewer in the bathroom. Talking to other guests, they had the same smell. A lot of construction in the area so I do not know if that was the cause. I have stayed there numerous times and had no complaints.
