We were changing clothes and some guy opens the door and sees both of us in the nude. He said sorry that he was given the key downstairs and would go see what happened. The hotel guy called the room and told us he was sorry for that. Then the phone continued to ring ( like there was a message) for the next 30 minutes. I checked and there was no message. At some point in the middle of the night, got up to use the restroom and there was a roach on the ceiling. It was just one mess after another. Still waiting to see if the hotel charges from the "security deposit" drop of my credit card. I will not be back. I will be tring the hotels right next door.

Staff, breakfast and amenities were great. The pool area was well maintained.

The morning breakfast was good, but not the drinks, the elevators were nasty and hot and smelled, the pool was not good. The room was okay other than stains on the sheets and blankets

I got in very late, but the room was very clean and cool down nicely. Water pressure for the shower was a little low, but bathroom was very nice.

Pool is indoors on the pictures it shows to be outdoors and it was out of service. Elevators were like a sauna but other than that it was a nice hotel. Breakfast doesn't start until 7am on the weekends.
