Tru by Hilton The Colony Dallas

It was a good location. Perfect for where we were going

We have stayed at several Tru properties but this was the first where we had to take our dirty towels to the front desk to exchange because they were not changed out and the second day we asked for new towels and still had to go down and get them again. So it was a nice place but since we had clean linens because we asked and even had to ask for toiletries I will not stay again, it was supposed to be a vacation from work.

Great hotel for a quick getaway, ask for more towels before entering the room. They only give 2 full sets , but it her than that 10/10 … They also have Disney plus and Netflix for you to log in !!!

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Smelled weed on our floor, it was really strong.

I actually enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Very clean, quiet and professional. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Rooms smelled fresh, beds were soft and comfortable. The location was close to everything. It was just a great choice! There was no microwave in the room. The room was a little bit smaller than I expected. On the door pn the 1st floor there is a sign that states the pool is open from 9a-7p. Going by the sign we lost some pool time

Everything. It was close to everything we wanted. From food to entertainment and family I will definitely book another room in the future. I love Hilton hotels I didn't have a dislike about the Hotel

(NATIONALS) we all stayed at the same place. The staff was friendly and helpful rooms and pool were clean the breakfast was delicious. Id say 10 out 10!!!

The room was small and there was a permanent looking stain on the bathroom wall. Nothing fancy, but it felt safe and fairly clean, so good enough fora one night stay. The staff was friendly; breakfast was included and adequate.

Hotel was great location. Not necessarily a dislike, but a drawer or two would be nice.

Great location, pool was nice, rooms were a bit small but very clean. Staff was friendly, breakfast good everyday. Struggled to find staff, rooms was a bit small, water pressure was very low in shower, very little or no pool towels available.

Our favorite place to stay! Great location.
