Hampton Inn & Suites Portland Tigard

Very nice room very clean. Staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast was very good. Overall I would recommend friends or relatives to stay here anytime. I would definitely stay here again if I was out this way and needed a room.

Ok They didn't give us sheets or blankets for the pull out bed for our grandkids even though we told and paid for them that they were coming. They didn't have enough parking for the guests, we had to double park and hope we wouldn't get towed away

Quiet in the rooms. Breakfast was good. Did not have a chance to use pool area

I loved the quietness of the surrounding area and the cleanness of the hotel.

Overall, very good stay, the breakfast was quite limited, but it might be reasonable for that price range.

Walls are paper thin. I was awakened at 3 in the morning by the guy in the next room snoring away.

Clean room and the staff very nice

Room and hotel were pretty clean and nice. Had a hard time with the bathroom door as it’s a slide door that didn’t latch close well. The breakfast was ok; only one waffle maker which caused a bit of a traffic jam, but not a huge variety of options. Overall pretty good for families and in a good location, would stay again.

The bed was comfy, they supplied shampoo, body wash and conditioner. We liked that breakfast was provided and the guy did a good job trying to keep all the foods stocked. It would have been nice if there were 2 waffle makers at breakfast instead of just one. We could hear the people above us and their TV was pretty loud at night (around 11am). It seemed like they needed at least 1 more staff member at the feont desk as we had to wait multiple times with at least 3 people already waiting before we were helped. Some of the common areas & inside the elevator floor needed to be cleaned.

It’s was good the first 1 1/2 day of my stay, breakfast was decent . They room was not bad , They need to update there pictures in the area around the property, it doesn’t look like the pictures they post. It’s was kinda dirty the room had hair on the bathroom floor ,hair on the chair and carpet was dirty needs to be cleaned . Our AC broke on day 3 while I was getting ready for my son wedding they said they would see if they could fix it if not they would move us to another room I was suppose to check with the lobby on my way back in ,they had checked us out of that room even though they were able to fix the AC and with all of our property was still in the room I had the sign up for No one to come in and clean and someone did , then they moved us to another room and the TV didn’t work and someone tried to help with No luck they said we would have to wait till the next day for maintenance to come fix it , I was able to get it to work after a bit, the blanket was stained . The next morning we went out for the day came back and we Could Not get in our room we went down to the lobby got help to give us New room cards again , then the next day Again we went out for the day and we had the same issue could not get in our room again .

The breakfast was just ok and not enough out for the amount of people eating. The room was great but a stain on the chair. Walls a little thin. I could hear the neighbor coughing.
