Includes free breakfast with a variety of options, location is very convenient, and staff was friendly.

The beds were very comfortable. When I noticed that the bathroom was missing the hairdryer I called the front desk and they brought one up right away. Breakfast was the standard Hampton menu which is very good.

I stayed at this hotel last night. This morning, getting into the shower, I slipped and fell. The floor was slimy, causing my foot to immediately slip forward, causing my fall. Although I did not sustain any major injuries, my shoulder is extremely sore from embracing myself, and I have a pretty good size bump on the top of my foot from where it slid against the threshold of the shower when I went down. I reported the incident to the front desk, and she said there was no one for me to talk to. She did not apologize for what happened, she didn’t agree to let housekeeping know, maintenance know, her only statement is there’s nobody here. I did ask her to please document it on my file for record. Overall, very displeased at the reaction or Support. I got from an incident at this property.

With no Warning, other than a few stickers remotely placed on walls, they started testing the fire alarm system early in the morning, going off every few minutes for hours

Clean and well kept

Breakfast was great!

New and clean. Felt modern. Fabulous walk in shower. Enjoyed the breakfast. Underground parking lot very convenient to elevator.

Clean, well appointed and helpful staff. I arrived super early. Front desk held my bags, suggested restaurants, and checked me in an hour early. Room and sheets were clean, soft, and fresh. Breakfast had plenty of options, but they do need to stock condiments better.

Breakfast is sufficient

The pillows were extremely old and had a terrible smell as if they were not replaced in a very long time. The bathroom door could not lock so there was no privacy. The bathroom fan was not working. The property overall was ok, limited parking, and too close to houses in the neighborhood.

Good hotel to stay

Breakfast was the best amenity with the variety of options. Be on time though because the closer to closing time the food runs out and they don’t refill items after 9:30 am. Pool & hot tub were the main amenities we wanted to enjoy, however the large crowd of people maid it uncomfortable to enjoy. Plenty of parking. Views were pleasant. And being close to the freeway was convenient while maintaining privacy made it enjoyable.

We had no trash can under the sink or in the room. There were no pillows, sheets, or pillowcases for the sleeper sofa and that mattress was awful even for my kids. And, again, it took multiple asks to finally get bedding for the sleeper. Again, this was due to being short staffed. The lady working the front desk was really nice. This was my first time staying at a Hampton hotel and I was pretty disappointed. I thought they were supposed to be nice and for the price I paid, it should have been.
