I told him there was no request from me. I was not using the safe and it looked open to me. There was no apology for the intrusion.

There were some questionable cleaning elements but everything was dealt with in a quick and respectable way. We enjoyed the pool!

Saturday night's bartender was kind and knowledgeable. Made an espresso martini that was fire. Highly recommend for the posh rooms and cleanliness

This was one of the best hotels on our vacation. Everything was clean indoor /outdoor pool was nice. Only downfall was hot tub not running during our stay. The hotel was located in a nice quiet neighborhood! Would stay again!

The room wasn't clean. The bathtub was clogged and we had to wait to use until the plumber came and fixed it. The room wasn't ready but they gave it to us I guess. Make sure the room is clean when you get in it.

Perfect nights stay. Right off the freeway but very quiet! Pool was refreshing. The room was clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Will stay again!!!!

The hot tub was a bit aggressive- not sure if it wasn't full enough or if the jets need to be adjusted- every thing else about our stay was great!

The renovations here are modern, clean and beautifully striking. We especially enjoyed the bathroom mirror with built-in surrounding light. This facility is clean and dog-friendly. Staff seem happy to be here and present as cheerful and and very helpful. The bed was mediocre. We've slept in worse and also much better. The breakfast was an additional $15. Each. A truly European experience (which this hotel seems to tout) includes the breakfast and on a rather grand scale. Recommend retaining the quality, including optional hot items such as omelets--in the price.
