nice quiet room

This trip I spent half my shower bent down to hold the stopper open so the bathtub would drain. and the A/C was horrible. I was up changing the thermostat every 15 minutes. To let it cycle I would get sweaty before it would kick on. I always thought that the Hilton name meant class, this Hilton falls short. But the staff are friendly and very attentive.

Very convenient location. Lots of good restaurant choices nearby.

I had an excellent one-night stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Portland/Lake Oswego while traveling with my Yorkie. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and welcoming, and I really appreciated having a quality hotel that is genuinely pet-friendly. The staff was friendly and helpful, check-in was easy, and the room was spotless and comfortable. Traveling with a small dog can sometimes be a hassle, but our stay here was easy and relaxing from start to finish. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to I-5 and the Lake Oswego/Portland area. I would absolutely stay here again, especially when traveling with my Yorkie. Five stars and highly recommended!

Ok location. Needs updated as it is old. Beds were OK and clean. All we needed as it was a quick stay after a red eye flight.

the computer system was down. We were assigned to a room that was already occupied. Later, staff were knocking on doors to see which rooms were occupied. We were reassigned a room in 15 -20 minutes. No compensation was offered.

Very good

Did not use the laundry, pool or gym but everything else was great. Starbucks across the street and other shops within 1/2 mile in the other direction. The hotel has comfortable beds and is light, bright and quiet even though it is convenient to the freeway.

Large room, cheerful staff, nice towels, good black out capability and quiet!! Housekeeping didn't get to our room the second day, which was disappointing.

The smoke detector started chirping at 1230 am and the front desk came up and removed it. Other then that it was a nice stay.

Great place.

Breakfast is at charge which is ok if they serve a fresh made breakfast. All items are artificial to some degree. Potatoes are served in a cup, etc. I simply had a higher expectation. I paid for parking and couldn’t find a spot… ended up parking out on the street. The tv remote did not work as well. Staff attempted to fix it with no avail. For a hotel with this price point in Lake Oswego I expect better. One last note, the elevators take forever. The property needs some dialed in updates!
