The reception manager was very helpful but the outdated rooms were very disappointing. We definitely wouldn't stay again.

Check-in was 4 hours late, housekeeping did not come for the 3 days of our stay. Would not return.

I enjoyed the fireplace. I didn't expect it. The TV and Internet availability was great! But mostly, the young lady who checked me in. Extremely friendly but professional. Helpful and accommodating to all my needs. She didn't bat an eye with all my needs. She just fulfilled them. Thank you for hiring jer I wish the gatehouse door was automatic. And better wheelchair access.

Breakfast was skimpy. Ran out of cream cheese for a bagel.

We loved the hotel. We got the two bedrooms suite. Was ideal for our older daughter and for us. Very comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly.

This place definitely needs a major makeover. The room was subpar, and we ended up staying somewhere else. The staff was welcoming & understanding.

Staff was great, breakfast was great, parking was great, but the rooms are in desperate need of a refresh. The rooms are very old and out dated.

We enjoyed the breakfast and the comfortable bed. Room was clean and staff were friendly and responsive. The grounds are lovely but the inside of the suite needs an update with carpet and paint. Would stay again for location, staff and cleanliness.

You need to change that policy. Other than that we really liked our stay and would stay again IF and only IF it were for a much longer visit. We will recommend it to people IF they are planning a longer stay.

Clean room. Sitting area with a fireplace. Was a little bummed that it wasn't a gas fireplace, but overall nice stay! Good breakfast options

Breakfast was decent. Enjoyed the hot tub as well.

The layout of the room and having two bedrooms and bathrooms was ideal for our traveling family. However, the room was not clean and it was very dated. We aren’t overly picky about hotels but this one was pretty dirty and old. The bedding was clean though and since we only stayed one night, we overlooked the rest and checked out the next day. We won’t be back.

Roll out couch was bad. Asked for toilet paper and towels at 7:30 am. Never delivered.
