Great property and a great location. Very safe and no transients in the area. Rooms near the elevator and ice machines can be noisy. Breakfast is great. Staff is friendly. Been here three times and will come again.

When I checked in I had already paid for the hotel through Expedia. They finally found out that I did pay through Expedia but then put a small charge on my card for expenses. When I went to my room I noticed my card had been charged for the original amount. I went to the front desk and the Assistant General Manager mentioned that she was working on it and would credit my card. As of today, July 25, I have not received my credit.

Staff was very helpful, property and rooms were clean and well maintained, and breakfast was delightful.

There were three kleenex tissues fanned out of the box to make it look full, but it was disappointing not to have fresh tissues. The sink stoppers at this location DO NOT WORK. I have stayed here in 6 different rooms, and none of the sink stoppers work. The front staff just smile and say "Oh".
