Room were nice and clean but they have small kitchens but have to request pot and pans.

the 2nd date i stayed the room was 217. it was in the same condition if not worse that the first room. with this property being an extend your stay and for the price paid i expected the rooms to be better. the owner of the property obviously does not invest back into the property.

Have never stayed in a hotel in such poor condition. Run down and definitely not clean. First room had not been cleaned and had dirty towels. Moved us to a cleaner room and the fridge died overnight and thawed all food in freezer and fridge was warm. Staff at front desk were very helpful and apologetic.

I was a woman traveling alone for a 1 night stay, so fair question as to why I stayed at an extended stay hotel. It looked decent and was the best price I was finding. When I checked in there was 1 other man in the lobby asking about laundry. The front desk guy just gave out my room number and where it was located in front of the other guest. I almost asked for a room change but kept quiet. There should be training for that. The curtains in my room would not stay closed completely because many of the curtain hangers at the rod were broken. I used a hair clip to keep the curtains together while I slept. The window was unlocked when I arrived so I promptly locked it. There was nothing in the way of amenities except 2 bars of soap and 1 little bottle of shampoo. That’s it. No hairdryer and when I called and asked the front desk if they had any to loan out, she said they were all out being used. So bring your own if you stay here. No coffee maker and my building was a far from the lobby breakfast area as you could be. No morning coffee. The light switch panels needed a wipe down. The bathroom was clean and the kitchenette were clean and the sheets were clean. No extra blankets. It was a very quiet night and I was grateful for that. The morning front desk clerk was pleasant and cheerful. Not awful but would likely not opt to stay here again. But again, I was only starting for 1 night.

My first time to use Extended stay. I was surpised to see the room, kitchen and bathroom clean. The bed was not that comfortable but ok. location great Breakfast included in the Ad but that was not really breakfast for me. Better not to add, "Breakfast included"

El cuarto estaba sucio tenia mucho polvo, la bañera no tenia la cortina y querian que nosotros la pusieran y la persona que la llevo todavia reprocho que el no era encargado de hacer eso, la verdad queriamos ya cancelar por que la verdad estaba todo mal el segundo cuarto no cerraba la puerta como podemos dejar las cosas asi se podia meter alguien a robar deberian de tener buenas sus instalaciones.

Filthy. Lied about having a bedroom or a couch! This is totally illegal ! Being lied to about exactly what was here!

Clean room and well maintained

The property was quiet, surrounded by lots of trees, and had a cozy feel. The staff was nice and moved us to a different room when we had an issue with the first one. The biggest issue was the strong cigarette smoke smell that seemed to be trapped in the curtains and even the AC. Our first room smelled very bad and the door wouldn’t lock, so we had to switch rooms. It would make a huge difference if the rooms were cleaned more thoroughly and the windows could be opened to air them out. It was also disappointing that some guests didn’t clean up after their dogs.

We can smell smoking scent though no smoking sign is everywhere.

The floor was not swept or vacuumed in the room, before we arrived. The shower was still dirty. There was only one towel when there were five of us guests booked. The bed spread was obviously the wrong size. It was clearly labeled with a Q for queen and not staying on the king sized bed. We had to go get the sheets and towels ourselves. There were no sheets or pillows for the pull out sofa. The outside balcony was covered in bugs. The stairwell smelled horribly of body odor.

Mold in bath tub. No lights in toilet. Left over trash. Did not change the Lenin.

Simply perfect! Amazing staff!

This is a modest clean hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Excellent price for its offering.

The location off the highway was great The Gentleman manning the front desk was great- friendly, informative and professional There was a TERRIBLE smell from the minute we entered, ?smoke? from previous tenants maybe. We were only there for 6 hrs or less, my Friend could not even sleep due to the smell. The Air conditioning was old, and in another room- the bedroom area was not ventilated and the smell was overwhelming, on our clothes, etc. I felt the need to wash my feet before getting into the bed- the floors did not feel clean It was an OLD unit, needs renovating the faucet in the 2nd bathroom barely works for the cold water

Nothing that I didn't like.
