Holiday Inn Express Portland South-Lake Oswego by IHG

Stayed here for 7nights and it was amazing. Plenty of parking. Close to many stores if ever you need to buy something. Breakfast was good as well. Good choices of food. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable beds as well.

The location, space, and cleanliness were amazing.

The rooms and hotel are clean and well maintained. Issue is creaking floors above. We were on the 3rd floor and could hear people walking above with the floor creaking! Recommend 4th floor if you are a light sleeper. Location is good.

Nice location. Staff were great.

The pool was very dirty! There were dust bunny type floaties, particularly at the deep end. The walls and steps were brown with algie or something. The shower didn't work.

The parking spaces were too small … had my door dinged , elevator was filthy, ice machine on my floor was not working , I left some clothes in a drawer and they said they didn’t recover any items …

Staff was super friendly, breakfast very good and convenient and also excellent staff keeping the food hot and available.

Room was overall clean however we lost power and staff was not helpful or informative. Breakfast was good and breakfast staff was helpful.

Location was fine

Clean and quiet.

The property was over all clean and safe. We only stayed one night. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only problem is had was the room smelled musty when the ac turned on. Also my sister accidentally left her wedding ring set in the bathroom and it wasn't turned in.

The room was nice and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good with lots of choices. The only complaint I have is that the indoor pool seemed to need some cleaning. Since we didn't use it, it didn't really matter.

The staff at the front desk in the evenings was friendly and helpful but had to step away from the front desk quite often, leaving the entrance to the hotel unattended and guests who need help waiting for someone to come back. We don't blame the employees for having to step away, but it becomes a safety issue, not only when a hotel is unaware of who is coming and going, but also when guests are unable to reach someone for assistance.
