Motel 6 Portland, OR - Tigard West

First time staying here and it didn't disappoint. I got a spacious room, AC works great! Lobby receptionist is helpful and made checking in easy and smooth.

It wasn't bad.

Staff was super unfriendly and unwelcoming, no elevator makes it super inconvenient when having a baby and a stroller, a lot of the people there were obnoxious. Definitely not staying here again.

The room was clean when we arrived but we went to the beach pretty early on and so there was sand on the floor for the entire 7 night stay. We asked for a quick sweep at one point but were denied because it was “not her day to clean that room “. Also, I would recommend to bring your own coffee creamer because the creamer they have is clumpy. The air conditioner did not work properly. Other than that it was fine for sleeping and getting ready.

Very bad smell in hall ways and bedding felt very old and uncleaned.

Room smells of cat urine 😕. Both beds have sink hole in the mattress. I called and had questions about having pets in the room and was told two different things and when I arrived here, I was told that I couldn’t keep my reservation the way I had it set up so I had to cancel it and try and figure things out last minute and then I got this room and it stinks of cat urine and the beds have sink in them

My experience was great! Very clean rooms, and the staff are very nice and helpful! The beds are comfortable as well. I’m very happy with my stay especially for the affordable price they offer. :)

The staff at the front desk the day of checking in was great Dirty, smelled of human and cat urine, people living there, noisy, the pool was dirty, the tv in our room did not worked so we were moved to another room in which everything was smaller; bathroom, fridge, microwave and tv. Also, we were moved to another room that belonged to somebody else-the guy had left to eat and came back with his bags to find out we were now assigned that room. We had issues with our keys being undone.

Really clean & comfortable for a Motel 6. 3rd floor room with no elevator... Staff was great & plenty of parking & easy access to Hwy 5. Fairly good restaurants close by.

Disappointing

I saw a family of ants crawling in the bathtub. And when i first turned on the bathtub water, it was yellow. However, the staff was very nice and helpful.
