Overall excellent experience.

Great stay!

Very clean, friendly staff, convenient location, great breakfast options. Nothing regarding the property. Person staying next to us, for about 10 minutes straight, entered and exited their room at 3am, letting their door slam each time. Also, large family/group using the pool were jumping off the chairs, etc. and misusing the space so we decided to leave. Again, nothing that Comfort Inn did, just unfortunate moments.

The rooms are small, the bathroom lacks towel bars, counter space and shelves so for two travelers it was not comfortable. The refrigerator had no freezer compartment for our ice pack. Breakfast was a real disappointment. When we arrived around 7 there was no eggs, bacon, sausage or potatoes. People were lined up waiting so as small amounts were brought out they were immediately gone. There was no cut fruit. The three fruit bowls had two sad, over the hill, black streaked bananas and one orange that we shared. It was not good. It's too bad because the hotel has a great location near the freeway, near good shopping and restaurants, and lovely wooded gardens which made it ideal for us to stop as we travel to see ourselves family in WA.

The room had a bad smell, needed to keep window open with A/C running. Key card did work after 1st use.

Great place to stay in the Tualatin area. Everything was clean. The breakfast delicious each morning of our stay, especially the biscuits and gravy,

Staff were engaged. Cafe help was excellent. Facility was cleaner than most Comfort Inns. Tualatin is very congested.

The staff was helpful and kind to deal with. The pool and hot tub had some sort of maintenance happening so we only got to use the hot tub once which was nice. Breakfast was good but after a few days it got old.

Rooms and overall hotel are dated and the area is kind of secluded.

On the downside, we had several complaints about the bathroom area in the room. 1. The water pressure at the bathroom sink was poor and it was very difficult to adjust for a happy medium between hot and cold water. 2. The toilet was an older style and very low. 3. There was literally one towel rack in the bathroom and none in the adjoining bathroom sink area. Very inconvenient. 4. The shower curtain was literally tattered at the top. 5. The fan in the bathroom did not work, or didn't work well enough to be effective. NO ventilation and the bathroom filled with steam quickly. 6. The lighting in the bathroom is very poor. It appears that the tile in the bathroom was somewhat recently updated. BUT there are clearly additional upgrades that need to be done.
