Everything I liked everything

Said pet friendly but was never told extra fee about my pet, when I booked so it was extra fee plus a refundable deposit. (Totally understandable) Limited parking in front but they do have a garage parking access to elevator.

Food was ok. Coffee cups were small. Very crowded.

It was clean and the noise was barely noticeable. The rooms and elevators are too small.

The front desk kept insisting I pay in cash AFTER the room was charged to my credit card and I provided proof.

It’s not that i didn’t like but it was different: no fridge, microwave in rooms, it was very bare bones but comfy. I no had mu service dog and they required a separate fee and evrywhere i went i was asked to present the card for her.

Location It’s a little run down for the price.

The property was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was convenient, the check-in process was easy, and everything we needed for a pleasant stay was available. The overall atmosphere was quiet, relaxing, and welcoming. Honestly, there was very little to dislike. Everything met our expectations and the stay was smooth and enjoyable.

Clean, safe, location, friendly staff, and great food. The bathroom in the room does not have a door and can hear the next room clearly.

It was alright. Food service and breakfast quality is below average. The enchiladas verdes were so poorly made, no flavor, cold tortillas, chicken breast from a can it seemed. The “continental” breakfast that was included didn’t include any hot items, not even scrambled eggs….

It was very close to a lot of other businesses close to my surgeons building and close to the border of California No laundry room. The shuttle service was absolutely horrible.
