Hilton Garden Inn Toledo Downtown

I was greeted promptly at the front desk upon arrival. The room, with a river room was clean and modern. I received a followup text after I arrived in my room to make sure everything was satisfactory. The paid parking valet service was great. Overall, an exceptional experience. I will be back!

The area and staff was top tier! The room had a great view and very comfortable. Parking was bit of a pain but it didn't bring down the experience we had at the hotel.

I have pictures of the the bed in our room, i didn't notice it until the next morning and it was so gross. Stains on the bedsheets on side and down at the bottom green looks like blood it about gross'd me out, unsure if i will ever stay there again. i would have had them change it if i seen it before but the bedspread hid it.

This hotel was clean and comfortable and overall very nice. Our only gripe is that the walk from the parking garage to the hotel reception area was a bit of a haul, up and down stairs and hallways - you can have your car valet parked but we didn't want to pay $32 for that service.

Well situated in downtown Toledo, OH in walking distance to all venues. Front door valet service and friendly professional staff. Nicely furnished rooms with great views overlooking the city.

Very poor

Location was great. Having to pay $18 to park was way too much. And very unexpected when I had payed to stay in the hotel. It was right next to the mud hens stadium.

Location Cost, careful which brand you book, two under one roof, Home is free breakfast and Hilton is not. They charge for everything.

No AC in the entire complex - and we were not notified in advance. And there were no arrangements for another hotel.
