Hilton Garden Inn Toledo Downtown

hilton has updated this property nicely from a few years ago too

We liked everything about this hotel but two things surprised us and made the stay more expensive than anticipated. First, only paid parking was available and the hotel alerted us to this fact right after we were locked in with no chance for cancellation. Not surprising since the hotel is downtown, but it would have been helpful had the information been more accessible before booking. Second, breakfast was not included and seemed expensive for what you got. That was on us since we did not read the fine print.

Staff was very accommodating and helpful in achieving an early check in. Property is in an excellent locations very walkable to all of downtown Toledo.

It was a great experience staying at this hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

The valet damaged our car and it seemed like no one could help us, the valet company has no affiliation with the hotel so we were on our own.

Rooms are beautifully appointed, spacious, and very clean. Convenient location for conference center. The staff are extremely responsive, helpful, and friendly. Cook-to-order breakfast was solid but the buffet was underwhelming. Would have rated this hotel a 5 except the walls and windows are paper thin. Was on the 11th floor and could hear the cars and motorcycles with their loud music pass by. Could hear other guests as well. Mattresses and sheets comfortable so would have been a great night of rest if it weren’t for the noise.

Had a brief booking situation were we were temporarily locked out of our room!! The staff responded quickly and professionally to resolve the situation!! Much appreciated Being inconvenienced by being inadvertently locked out of the room

Nice and clean and close to the concert!

Nice room. Comfortable bed. There were no regular coffee pods for the keurig, only tea. The body wash in the shower was empty.

The staff was extremely helpful to answer our questions during our stay. Also the location was connected to the Glass City Convention Center which was very convenient and close to many restaurants too.

Stayed 2 nights, no maid service

The location was excellent and the room was super clean with a very comfortable bed.
