Not a whole lot, Room was average , no complementary Breakfast ?, which I get at Hilton Hotels, so I was disappointed on that ,they were out of coffee in the lobby every day and they were asked to refill but they acted like it was a major deal to do it so we just got coffee on the road , Room was average , no complementary Breakfast ?, which I get at Hilton Hotels, so I was disappointed on that ,they were out of coffee in the lobby every day and they were asked to refill but they acted like it was a major deal to do it so we just got coffee on the road ,

Very clean, bed was comfortable, the pet friendly aspect was wonderful! And it was walking distance to the venue My dog barked for maybe 5-10 mins because there were children in the hallways throwing a ball and being noisy and I got a call from the desk about a noise complaint. No biggie

Room showed definite signs of wear. Desk clerk said they could only issue one key card which I didn’t believe to be true. Very inconvenient for two travelers with different itineraries. Not the most memorable of experiences. Will evaluate other options on next trip.

We had stayed overnight here before on the 4th of July years agoand thought we'd do It again for our 34th anniversary. I requested and paid for a corner room (river/garden) for two nights but got a smaller room. Ended up okay because we could still see both river/garden but the price didn't go down. When we stepped into the room it was ice cold but we made adjustments. Room was very dusty and my allergies kicked in right away and so did my husbands. Bed was comfortable. We live here but on the edge of town and hadn't been down town in years. Everything turned out nice including the food in the hotel restaurant. It would have been almost perfect if they had a shuttle to take you around to the different places in that area, especially across the river and the otherside wherebthe Sports Arena use to be. Yes we're senior citizens and got a lot of walking in but enjoyed it until our hips began ache. Never made it over to where the sports arena use to be. We'll probably stay here again.

It was great, the room was clean and quiet. The maids tried to get into my room at 9 am. I had it locked with the bar, thank goodness. They used there key card to open my door.

We stayed on the sixth floor. The shower water was only warm. It was kind of uncomfortable to take a shower. The bathroom was cold and the water not hot. Also the room doors are so loud. If you’re a light sleeper you’ll hear doors slamming in the hallway

Everything was great!
